Freundlich,schnell,modern, keine Mittagspause und abends länger offen wie andere! Einfach Spitze! Immer sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal! In Vielem dauerhaft günstiger als die Konkurrenz. Wie hier schon erwähnt bietet die Apotheke einen digitalen Bestellservice an - als einzige in Echterdingen! Service mega gut!!! Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Faire Preise!!! Ich habe bis jetzt keine bessere Apotheke kennen gelernt!!! Meine Frau und ich gehen nur noch dahin. David und Christian: ihr seid super! Sie sprechen deutsch!!!!! The nicest and most sympathetic competent pharmacy employees from all over Echterdingen. Friendly, fast, modern, no lunch break and open longer in the evening than others! Just great! Always very friendly, helpful and competent staff! In many ways permanently cheaper than the competition. As already mentioned here, the pharmacy offers a digital ordering service - the only one in Echterdingen! Service mega good !!! Very friendly staff!!! Fair prices!!! Ho acquistato un barattolo di integratore alla melatonina (ZzzQuil Natura) che era in offerta. Purtroppo poi a casa mi sono resa conto che le pastiglie gommose erano rovinate, sembrava avessero addirittura muffa. Le ho dovute buttare. Non erano scadute, ma probabilmente non sono state tenute in condizioni ottimali e questo è stato il risultato. Non mi era mai capitato. I was passing by and I took the opportunity to shop. I purchased a jar of melatonin supplement (ZzzQuil Natura) that was on offer. Unfortunately, then at home I realized that the rubbery pads were ruined, they even seemed to have mold. I had to throw them away. They weren't expired, but they probably weren't kept in top condition and that was the result. It had never happened to me.

Ci sono dovuta andare spesso di recente per problemi vari e ho sempre riscontrato grande umanita' e disponibilita'. Grazie! The pharmacy is brand new, well stocked, and the staff are always polite and competent. I had to go there often recently for various problems and I have always found great humanity and availability. Mi è stata venduta una crema che, appena arrivata a casa, ho notato essere la versione precedente e non più in commercio di quella che avevo richiesto; per lo più con scadenza imminente. Sono tornata in farmacia per chiedere il cambio, che seppur in modo scettico e restio, è stato effettuato. Anche se per ben due volte (al momento dell'ordine della crema corretta e al successivo ritiro) mi è stato fatto notare in maniera troppo superficiale come le creme "fossero identiche", il tutto con tono piuttosto annoiato! Careless and rude. I was sold a cream which, as soon as I got home, I noticed that it was the previous version and no longer on the market than the one I had requested; mostly with impending expiration. I went back to the pharmacy to ask for the change, which, albeit in a skeptical and reluctant way, was carried out. Although twice (when ordering the correct cream and the subsequent withdrawal) I was pointed out too superficially how the creams "were identical", all with a rather bored tone!
