Avendo il covid mi sono fermato sulla porta per chiedere le medicine, la dottoressa mi ha detto a voce alta di restare fuori senza un minimo di empatia o cortesia. Dopo che le ho detto che la mattina in un'altra farmacia mi avevano permesso di prendere le medicine si è alterata ancora di più alzando la voce, a quel punto le ho detto che era una maleducata e sono andato via.
Non penso ci sia bisogno di aggiungere altro.

A rudeness never seen before, I would like to be able to speak with the owner so that he can explain to the people who depend on him the minimum basics of education.
Having the covid I stopped at the door to ask for medicines, the doctor told me in a loud voice to stay out without a minimum of empathy or courtesy. After I told her that in the morning in another pharmacy they had allowed me to take the medicines she got even more upset by raising her voice, at which point I told her she was rude and I left.
I don't think there is need to add anything else.
I was not allowed to take the medicines I needed
