I put 4 stars not for the seller who was quick but only for the Hyrulon pen which did not satisfy me and I will never use it again because of the bruises it gave me.

Lo scorso mese ho fatto qui vaccino booster e mi sono trovato molto bene. Sicuramente ottima esperienza. Very courteous and helpful staff. Quick swab performed in very fast times. Received green pass in 20 minutes. Last month I had booster vaccine here and I was very happy with it. Definitely great experience.

Se me lo avessero detto prima lo avrei fatto vicino casa senza dover arrivare qui. Servizio tampone veloce con prenotazione. Maggiore onestà però sarebbe auspicabile. Nel dettaglio: 1) gli infermieri non hanno la lista delle prenotazioni online, per cui chiunque può arrivare, dire di essersi prenotato e saltare così la fila... Questo ovviamente crea grande confusione e disagio.. 2) in ogni altra farmacia, a seguito del responso di negatività, ti arriva dopo pochi secondi la notifica del green pass sull'app. Solo in questa ti arriva invece molto tempo dopo e spesso solo dopo sollecitazione. Per questi motivi, non consiglierei di fare tamponi in questa farmacia. I made 2 packs of 10 swabs with this pharmacy, but my experience was not positive, due to a very superficial organization. Nel frattempo passano i minuti e vaccini nulla, si forma una fila di una decina di persone con appuntamento tutti alle 12/ 12.30 bah... passano 45 minuti e iniziano a chiamare per i vaccini. Mi chiamano alle 12.55. Un ora e passa di ritardo in piedi in mezzo alla strada, sena neanche scusarsi. Mi spiace, mai più ci metterò piede. Poco professionali. I tamponi fateli fino alle 11.59. Ma dalle 12 fate i vaccini... allego foto... a voi l'interpretazione del posto dove fanno i vaccini!! I booked the third dose vaccine at this pharmacy. They gave me the appointment at 12. The pharmacist was very professional, thorough, and friendly and even had a friend of his who's an MD who came in to pick up one of his own prescriptions give me a short throat, BP, and fever exam free of charge. He noted my history of meds and properly recommended OTC cold meds that wouldn't interfere or interact with what I take. He also recommended some additional meds, but by no means gave me a hard sell. I also bought an electric thermometer from him to monitor my progress, and he threw in a small package of Kleenex for free. I don't want to be sick again in Rome, but if I am, this is where I'll come first.
