r	roberto palmeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato allo Studio la ristrutturazione completa del mio appartamento e sono estremamente soddisfatto del risultato, ben oltre le mie aspettative, nel rispetto dei tempi e del budget preventivati. L’architetto Rulli ha progettato i nuovi spazi di casa unendo creatività, senso pratico e grande sensibilità nel cogliere le mie esigenze, mi ha supportato nella scelta dell’arredamento – anche nei complementi più minuti – ed ha personalmente disegnato e curato la realizzazione di alcuni dei mobili, con risultati molto apprezzati. Il supporto nella scelta dei materiali e dei fornitori è stato eccellente; la ditta con cui lo Studio mi ha messo in contatto ha lavorato egregiamente e con grande serietà, la direzione dei lavori è stata molto attenta e presente. Nel complesso da committente ho potuto concentrarmi sulle mie esigenze e sulle idee per casa, lasciando ai professionisti dello Studio l’onere di interpretare le mie (assidue) richieste, realizzarle e gestire le incombenze burocratiche; l’esperienza, oltre che piacevole e soddisfacente, si è rivelata anche istruttiva, vista la disponibilità dell’architetto a discutere di ogni dubbio in modo comprensibile anche ad un profano della materia. I entrusted the firm with the complete renovation of my apartment and I am extremely satisfied with the result, well beyond my expectations, in compliance with the estimated deadlines and budget. The architect Rulli designed the new spaces of the house by combining creativity, practical sense and great sensitivity in grasping my needs, he supported me in the choice of furniture - even in the smallest complements - and he personally designed and supervised the realization of some furniture, with much appreciated results. The support in the choice of materials and suppliers was excellent; the firm with which the firm put me in contact worked very well and with great seriousness, the direction of the works was very attentive and present. Overall, as a client, I was able to focus on my needs and ideas for the home, leaving the firm's professionals with the burden of interpreting my (assiduous) requests, fulfilling them and managing the bureaucratic tasks; The experience, as well as being pleasant and satisfying, also proved to be instructive, given the architect's willingness to discuss any doubt in a way that is understandable even to a layman of the subject.

La casa è un porzione di una bifamiliare in zona Morena a Roma su due piani di circa 260 mq, con due terrazzi, garage e giardino. Il progetto è quello di una ristrutturazione radicale compresi gli impianti e la rivisitazione di tutti gli ambienti. Marco e Thomas, oltre ad essere due professionisti molto preparati, hanno dimostrato di essere molto pazienti nel seguire le nostre esigenze. Il desiderio era quello di ottenere ambienti più luminosi, moderni ma nello stesso tempo funzionali. The house is a portion of a semi-detached house in the Morena area in Rome on two floors of about 260 square meters, with two terraces, garage and garden. Insieme a loro ho fatto una ristrutturazione parziale del mio appartamento. Sono stata accompagnata nelle varie fasi, dalla progettazione, le revisioni, ala scelta dei vari fornitori (persone eccezzionali anche loro), dalla gestione dei lavori alle pratiche al comune. Mi sono trovata molto bene con Marco e i suoi colleghi e colleghe. L'aspetto che vorrei evidenziare è la loro non scontata creatività e il fatto che hanno saputo interpretare al meglio i miei gusti, proponendo soluzioni molto originali e al contempo semplici, in linea con le mie esigenze e preferenze alle quali sinceramente io non avrei mai pensato...E soprattutto senza imporre idee o "mode" del momento, come spesso può capitare. Attenzione anche a budget e costi. Il risultato è una casa rinnovata che mi mette allegria e mi fa sentire a mio agio. Insomma ne è valsa la pena. I got to know the 02A studio by surfing the internet and reading the various reviews, as you may be doing right now. Together with them I did a partial renovation of my apartment. I was accompanied in the various phases, from the design, the revisions, to the choice of the various suppliers (also exceptional people), from the management of the works to the practices to the municipality. I got along very well with Marco and his colleagues and colleagues. The aspect that I would like to highlight is their not obvious creativity and the fact that they have been able to interpret my tastes in the best possible way, proposing very original and at the same time simple solutions, in line with my needs and preferences which I honestly never thought of. ...
