L	Luciano Serra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pronto a negare, ma i fatti sono che la chiusura del bilancio condominiale del 2021 dei nostri 90 appartamenti è da gennaio che l'aspettiamo e le date di consegna sono state rimandate almeno cinque volte, e anche il mese di aprile sta scorrendo. Io penso che se non avesse altri impegni e se ci si fosse dedicato avrebbe risolto in molto meno tempo. E ancora abbiamo appena ricevuto la comunicazione che avrebbe avuto bisogno di altri 7/10 giorni, che naturalmente saranno lavorativi, quindi aprile è perduto. Con il dubbio che sia come i rinvii precedenti, ....lunedì prossimo consegno tutto, .......una settimana al massimo ed ho finito,.....e via così per mesi. Questi sono i fatti. Poi la simpatia reciproca non c'entra, si tratta solo di mantenere la parola data nel fare il proprio lavoro.
