Orari fai da te dove anche presentandosi per tempo si ottengono solo ed esclusivamente risposte sgarbate o prive di senso logico. Due volte su due, dove mi trovo in situazioni, di questo genere e resto senza parole perchè vivo a San Giovanni da 30 anni e pensare che mia madre passava in questa farmacia anche solo per una tachipirina è assurdo!!! Mi auguro che ci saranno dei miglioramenti nel gestionale perchè dopo oggi non entrerò più in questo esercizio nemmeno per un pacchetto di caramelle!!! Aggiornamento 25/01/2022 risposta alla risposta : secondo voi un cristiano quando chiama e gli viene detto che siete operativi dalle 8:30 e deve fare un tampone o legge su internet la stessa cosa può fare confusione? ( per scrupolo vi allego la foto dei vs orari che trova chiunque su internet perchè al massimo siete "voi" che fate confusione ). Solitamente quando ho un problema di salute non vado su una pagina social tipo facebook, ma chiamo o vedo su internet da persona normale ( se dovessi sentirmi male? faccio una storia su instagram per allertare il pronto soccorso più vicino? ? ) Assolutamente incommetanbile la vostra risposta e credo che un " ci scusiamo per quanto accaduto " era sicuramente cosa gradita anche perchè avrei probabilmente rivalutato la situazione ma allo stato attuale direi proprio di no..... L' ennesimo episodio mi ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione. Ho avuto più volte difficoltà a comprare i prodotti che mi servivano, se non dopo lunghe spiegazioni e contrattazioni con la farmacista. Non lo consiglierei, ormai preferisco farmi un po' di strada in più ma ricevere un servizio più cortese e celere, soprattutto se un cliente arriva con le idee già chiare sui prodotti che vuole acquistare. I have had difficulty buying the products I needed several times, except after long explanations and negotiations with the pharmacist.
