★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio comodo, semplice, veloce, per chi non ha la possibilità di restare a casa in attesa del pacco. Molto disponibili e gentili i titolari del punto di ritiro peraltro attentissimi alle misure per contrastare l'emergenza sanitaria in atto. Ricevo molti pacchi e li faccio arrivare sempre li e non ho mai avuto problemi!
Convenient, simple, fast service for those who do not have the opportunity to stay at home waiting for the package. The owners of the collection point are very helpful and kind, however, very attentive to the measures to counter the current health emergency. I get a lot of packages and I always get them there and I've never had any problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover dare 1 stella ma mi sono recata per la prima volta oggi in questo negozio per ritirare 2 pacchi di wish...per uno nessun problema, per il secondo dopo la scansione del qrcode viene fuori che il pacchetto è stato consegnato lì ma non si trova. Chiedo quindi come poter fare dato che non mi era mai capitato e mi viene detto solo di contattare l'assistenza wish. Morale della favola? a wish il pacco risulta ritirato quindi non solo ho perso la merce ma anche la possibilità di ricevere il rimborso. Pessima esperienza spero che non accada più dato che ho già come ritiro lì altre cose in arrivo.
I'm sorry to have to give 1 star but I went to this shop for the first time today to pick up 2 wish packs ... for one no problem, for the second after scanning the qrcode it turns out that the pack was delivered there but it's not found. I therefore ask how to do it since it had never happened to me and I am only told to contact wish assistance. Moral of the story? a wish the package is withdrawn so not only have I lost the goods but also the possibility of receiving a refund. Bad experience I hope it doesn't happen again as I already have other stuff coming up there as a pickup.
