Gentilezza e attenzione sono il loro modello standard di gestione clienti che si completano con una grande professionalita' nella ricerca delle soluzioni rispetto al problema che gli viene sottoposto. I costi sono assolutamente in linea e questo denota una grande etica.
I met the HQ2 team 2 years ago by chance and they have become my point of reference even though I don't live in the area. Kindness and attention are their standard model of customer management which are completed with great professionalism in the search for solutions to the problem that is submitted to them. The costs are absolutely in line and this denotes a great ethics.

Il personale è competente e professionale.
Io, in particolare, ho sempre "trattato" con soddisfazione con il simpaticissimo Fabio. Indirizzo a lui sia conoscenti che colleghi di lavoro che mi chiedono consigli. E' in grado di fornire ai profani i consigli adeguati alle loro esigenze e non disdegna il confronto con gli "esperti" o presunti tali ...come me.
I prezzi sono onestissimi e, quasi sempre, competitivi con i più noti (senza fare nomi) venditori online.
E poi fa sempre comodo, soprattutto in questo campo, avere un referente fisico a cui rompere le scatole quando le cose volgono al peggio. Fabio risolve sempre col sorriso i problemi della più svariata natura.
Tuttavia, se avete un computer di una dozzina di anni ...per pietà!, prendete in considerazione l'idea di acquistarne uno nuovo! :-)

I, in particular, have always "treated" with satisfaction with the very nice Fabio. I address to him both acquaintances and co-workers who ask me for advice. He is able to provide the layman with advice appropriate to their needs and does not disdain the comparison with "experts" or presumed such ... like me.
The prices are very honest and, almost always, competitive with the most famous (without naming names) online sellers.
And then it is always convenient, especially in this field, to have a physical contact to break the boxes when things turn for the worst. Fabio always solves problems of the most varied nature with a smile.
However, if you have a computer that is a dozen years old ... out of pity !, consider buying a new one! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al quarto (quinto?) computer comprato da HQ2 non posso che confermare l'estrema preparazione del Sig. Fabio, che mi ha "cucito" addosso una configurazione assolutamente perfetta per le mie esigenze, al giusto prezzo. E garantisce una efficace assistenza post-vendita, come oggi, che in cinque (quattro?) minuti, per telefono, mi ha risolto un problema di configurazione della scheda audio. E questo non ha prezzo!
On the fourth (fifth?) Computer bought by HQ2 I can only confirm the extreme preparation of Mr. Fabio, who "sewed" me a configuration absolutely perfect for my needs, at the right price. And it guarantees effective after-sales assistance, like today, which in five (four?) Minutes, by telephone, solved a problem with the configuration of the sound card. And this is priceless!
