Non ho mai trovato qualcuno che volesse vendermi qualcosa, ma solo persone che mi hanno consigliato in base alle mie necessità e non all'importo della vendita. Nelle riparazioni sono sempre attenti e scrupolosi e praticano tariffe assolutamente adeguate. In addition to a highly competent and affable staff, courtesy and availability are the masters. Non mi hanno rilasciato la scheda tecnica con le manovre effettuate per tentare di riparare il problema. Al ritiro, quando l'ho richiesta, mi è stato detto che già dovevo essere contento per non aver dovuto pagare il preventivo che solitamente altri pagano (mah). Alla fine ho portato il notebook in altro centro, in altra zona e con 80€ mi hanno resuscitato il notebook dicendomi tra l'altro che probabilmente quando lo hanno aperto hanno fatto dissaldare (tirandolo) uno dei due poli della scheda wifi per cui hanno dovuto saldarlo. Insomma, esperienza negativa. Sicuramente molto organizzati come attività e pieni di clienti, ma siccome il mio problema era qualcosa di specifico e raro, devo supporre che i loro tecnici siano portati più per problemi di routine che non per ricerca e riparazione di guasti elettrici sulla componentistica.
