N	Nicola Di Pietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letto in ecopelle acquistato 5 anni fa, dopo 2/3 anni (poco dopo il periodo di garanzia che peraltro ho scoperto non avrebbe coperto il rivestimento) il rivestimento inizia letteralmente a disintegrarsi facendolo assomigliare ad un letto di infima qualità di 40 anni fa... Li sento per valutare la sostituzione del rivestimento (a mie spese peraltro), oltre a non effettuare alcuno sconto particolare pur davanti ad un evidente difetto del prodotto mi dicono che il ritiro ed il montaggio sarebbero a mio carico per evitare di dover pagare ulteriori 100 €, non rispondono all'ultima richiesta di chiarimenti circa la discutibile proposta, mi sono rivolto ad un tappezziere che chiede meno per un prodotto superiore. F	Francesco Ricca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'acquisto di una soluzione per cabina armadio, ho avuto diversi problemi con il montaggio(fatto da loro) pezzi consegnati danneggiati, o sbagliati. Dopo oltre due settimane dalla consegna aspetto ancora notizie di quando verranno con i pezzi nuovi e quelli mancanti . se non li chiami tu non si sentono. Servizio deludente. After purchasing a walk-in closet solution, I had several problems with assembling (made by them) pieces delivered damaged, or wrong. After more than two weeks from delivery, I still await news of when they will come with new and missing parts. if you don't call them you won't hear them. Disappointing service.
P	Petra Del Matto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Se non fosse stato perche ce le siamo andati a prendere e montati da soli ancora mancherebbero le cerniere per gli sportelli della libreria. Chi ci ha montato l'armadio ha fatto cadere il bastone sulla base danneggiandola e ha tranquillamente fatto finta di niente. Smontando gli armadi per il trasloco ci siamo resi conto che alcuni pezzi erano completamente arrugginiti...chiaramente gli altri mobili siamo amdati a comprarli in un altro mobilificio dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dismantling the cabinets for the move we realized that some pieces were completely rusty ... clearly the other furniture we loved to buy them in another furniture factory where we had a great time.
