★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente! Abbiamo acquistato un letto matrimoniale BOX lo scorso anno e, nonostante il lockdown, la consegna è stata puntuale. Il materasso era fantastico anche se aveva della colla su una parte della fodera e per pignoleria :-) abbiamo deciso di sostituirlo. Il servizio clienti è stato genitilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Sicuramente torneremo per comprare un letto anche per nostra figlia.
Excellent! We bought a BOX double bed last year and, despite the lockdown, the delivery was on time. The mattress was great even though it had some glue on part of the cover and out of nitpicking :-) we decided to replace it. The customer service was genitilissimo, always available and ready to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be back to buy a bed for our daughter as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla ricerca di una soluzione ottimale per il poco spazio offerto dalla cameretta di mio figlio, convinto ecologista e dai gusti personalissimi, dopo lungo peregrinare mi sono rivolto (confesso) con scetticismo al negozio Cinius di via Appia. Contrariamente alle aspettative, oltre che trovare soluzioni che alla fine hanno convinto me, mia moglie e mio figlio, ho incontrato una grande disponibilità e pazienza nella persona del sig. Alberto che mi ha assistito ed aiutato, in due diverse giornate, a scegliere i mobili e gli accessori da acquistare. In particolare ho molto apprezzato, oltre alla evidente qualità dei prodotti, la competenza e la discrezione con la quale il sig. Alberto ha recepito le mie esigenze proponendomi soluzioni senza fare pressioni o dando per scontato l'acquisto. Rassicurato da una simile professionalità sono certo che, come nuovo cliente, non verrebbe meno in futuro l'assistenza in caso di necessità. Il negozio, in ultimo e non in ordine di importanza, è molto elegante e ricco di idee nell'esposizione. Un acquisto sicuramente felice.
In search of an optimal solution for the limited space offered by my son's bedroom, a convinced ecologist and with very personal tastes, after a long wandering I turned (I confess) with skepticism to the Cinius shop in Via Appia. Contrary to expectations, as well as finding solutions that finally convinced me, my wife and my son, I met a great availability and patience in the person of Mr. Alberto who assisted and helped me, in two different days, to choose the furniture and accessories to buy. In particular, I greatly appreciated, in addition to the evident quality of the products, the competence and discretion with which Mr. Alberto has understood my needs by offering me solutions without putting pressure or taking the purchase for granted. Reassured by such professionalism, I am sure that, as a new customer, assistance would not fail in the future in case of need. The shop, last but not least, is very elegant and full of ideas in the display. Definitely a happy purchase.

Ho acquistato un letto ad una piazza e mezza per mio figlio, con carrelli cabina armadio e cassetti e devo dire che sono rimasta molto contenta in quanto è veramente bello oltre che comodo e funzionale. Vorrei in particolare sottolineare la grande professionalità e cortesia della Signora Giuseppina che mi ha seguito in tutte le fasi dell'acquisto, dalla progettazione alla consegna e oltre. Dato il particolare periodo Covid, la Signora Giuseppina si è prodigata per superare qualsiasi difficoltà ed è stata per me un importante punto di riferimento, sempre disponibile, professionale, e gentile. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarla di tutta l'assistenza che mi ha dato e consiglio vivamente il centro Cinus di Roma, in quanto oltre ad ottimi prodotti di alta qualità, ho trovato una grande attenzione e cura per il cliente. Pertanto il mio giudizio è 5 stelle con lode!!!
Good evening, I would like to share my more than positive experience with the Cinus Mobili headquarters in Rome, Via Appia Nuova. I bought a single bed and a half for my son, with walk-in closet trolleys and drawers and I must say that I was very happy as it is really beautiful as well as comfortable and functional. In particular, I would like to underline the great professionalism and courtesy of Mrs. Giuseppina who followed me in all phases of the purchase, from design to delivery and beyond. Given the particular Covid period, Mrs. Giuseppina did her utmost to overcome any difficulty and was an important point of reference for me, always available, professional, and kind. I take this opportunity to thank you for all the assistance you have given me and I highly recommend the Cinus center in Rome, as in addition to excellent high quality products, I have found great attention and care for the customer. Therefore my rating is 5 stars with honors !!!

Hanno saputo ascoltare le nostre richieste, fornendoci dei consigli davvero preziosi. La qualità inoltre é ottima, siamo più che soddisfatti della nostra scelta.
My husband and I went to Cinius to renovate our bedroom. We were immediately greeted by a staff who gave us a lot of trust and professionalism. They knew how to listen to our requests, providing us with really valuable advice. The quality is also excellent, we are more than satisfied with our choice.
