Il signor Marchetti Stefano è stato in grado di ascoltarci e di capire quali fossero le nostre esigenze, senza "intraprendere" la strada della vendita self service (come spesso accade in molti esercizi commerciali). Ha capito di cosa avessimo bisogno! Da più di un anno riesco di nuovo a dormire in modo sereno e continuativo (dopo una brutta frattura alla schiena sono riuscita, finalmente, a ritrovare la serenità nel sonno). Dormire bene ti cambia la vita! Ti dà la forza e l'energia per affrontare al meglio la giornata! Grazie! After many years of sleeping on an "old spring mattress" by my grandmother, my partner and I bought the mattress RIGHT and SUITABLE for us, in this fantastic store in San Giovanni! Mr. Marchetti Stefano was able to listen to us and understand what our needs were, without "undertaking" the path of self-service sales (as often happens in many commercial establishments). He understood what we needed! For over a year I have been able to sleep peacefully and continuously again (after a bad back fracture I finally managed to find serenity in my sleep). Sleeping well changes your life! It gives you the strength and energy to better face the day! Thank you!

Voglio ringraziare ancora vivamente il Sig.re Stefano che grazie alla sua COMPETENZA,PROFESSIONALITÀ e ONESTÀ ha fatto veramente la differenza!!! Ho ritrovato la gioia ed il piacere di sdraiarmi sul letto e solo ora posso dire di riuscire veramente a riposarmi!!!! Finally I bought a GREAT mattress and I can say that because I suffer from back and neck pain, I'm having a "Great Youth"! P	Pietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno convinto ad acquistare un cuscino, assicurandomi che se non mi fossi trovato bene, entro un mese me l'avrebbero cambiato...senonché poi, contattatili dopo 20 gg, hanno negato di avermi mai detto questa cosa, sostenendo che avevo capito male, ma che invece me lo avrebbero cambiato al max entro 2-3 gg. Ed io adesso quelle 50 €...me le posso tirare in fronte! Non ci metterò mai più piede in questo negozio. They convinced me to buy a pillow, making sure that if I didn't feel good, they would change it within a month ... but then, contacting them after 20 days, they denied ever telling me this, claiming that I had misunderstood , but instead they would have changed it to me within 2-3 days. And I now those 50 € ... I can throw them in front! I will never set foot in this shop again.
M	Maria Giuseppa Leggio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una scarpiera e, su misura, un portabiancheria e un mobile sotto lavabo. - Per quanto riguarda la scarpiera, ci era stato assicurato che il numero di scarpe da inserire era quello usualmente previsto per il numero di moduli relativi alla grandezza della scarpiera. Abbiamo scoperto alla consegna che il modulo superiore è organizzato diversamente e non permette l'inserimento di 3 paia di scarpe come assicurato all'atto della vendita. - Per quanto riguarda il portabiancheria su misura, il contenitore interno, una griglia in metallo, che si suppone fosse "tagliato" su misura, è tale che le parti tagliate sono piuttosto sporgenti e taglienti e quindi creano un problema nel momento in cui si inseriscono gli indumenti. - Il costo dell'acquisto è risultato alto con una resa qualitativa molto inferiore a quello che ci era stato descritto. 07/02/2021 Ad integrazione della precedente recensione: dopo un contatto telefonico l'azienda ha provveduto, senza spese, a risolvere in modo completo il problema della scarpiera e in modo soddisfacente quello della griglia in metallo del portabiancheria. We bought a shoe cabinet and, made to measure, a laundry basket and a cabinet under the sink. - As regards the shoe rack, we were assured that the number of shoes to be inserted was that usually provided for the number of modules relating to the size of the shoe rack. We discovered on delivery that the upper module is organized differently and does not allow the insertion of 3 pairs of shoes as insured at the time of sale. - As for the made-to-measure laundry basket, the internal container, a metal grid, which is supposed to be "cut" to size, is such that the cut parts are rather protruding and sharp and therefore create a problem when they are inserted clothing. - The purchase cost was high with a qualitative yield much lower than what we had been described. 07/02/2021 In addition to the previous review: after a telephone contact, the company resolved completely the problem of the shoe cabinet and satisfactorily that of the metal grid of the laundry basket, free of charge.

I prodotti sono bellissimi e il montaggio è stato perfetto in tutto. Dall'ordine all'assistenza post-vendita Stefano si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. 5 stelle meritatissime! I bought a double Hosoi shoe rack from Birex with top-of-the-range finishes from the new series, together with mirrors from the same brand. The products are beautiful and the assembly was perfect throughout. From ordering to after-sales assistance, Stefano has always been friendly and helpful. 5 stars well deserved!
