Nessun problema per l'accesso( scomodo ) perché è stato montato in casa molto velocemente. Il divano è bello e il letto è comodo. Il prezzo concorrenziale. Cosa volere di più. Fabio è stato molto disponibile, cortese ed educato, ci ha seguito e consigliato in maniera molto professionale. Consegna puntuale con personale competente. La sig.ra che mi ha accolto mi è sembrata da subito infastidita, le informazioni venivano centellinate, mi ha dato il catalogo degli armadi invitandomi a vedere se ci fosse qualcosa di mio interesse , ne avevo selezionati 2. Alla mia richiesta di sapere il costo base mi ha chiesto "di quale dei 2 vuole sapere il costo?". Ho chiesto ovviamente di entrambi e con sofferenza mi ha accontentata. 30 minuti di sofferenza. Ho acquistato un armadio e, nonostante avessi mostrato la piantina della stanza, non mi hanno detto che le ante a battente troppo grandi non si sarebbero potute aprire completamente. Consegnato l'armadio e resomi conto del problema ho ricontattato il sig. Fabio che, con supponenza mi ha risposto che non si poteva fare nulla, ne modificare ne sostituire l'armadio e che "Il cliente non si può sempre accontentare". Contattata allora la fabbrica ho potuto invece accertare che sarebbe stato possibile modificare le ante o anche sostituirle con quelle scorrevoli. Confalone mai più!!!!!! Experience to forget, zero professionalism, zero customer focus. Il sig.Fabio, molto gentile e professionale, ci ha fornito tante informazioni proponendoci diverse soluzioni. Ottima esperienza anche con il personale che è venuto a consegnare e montare i mobili. Altrettanto gentile, puntuale e veloce nel montaggio. Esperienza molto positiva. Lo consiglio. We went in to see some chest of drawers and we went out buying a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for the bedroom.
