In questo punto vendita abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere Alessandro: competente e professionale, paziente e gentile, sempre disponibile (di persona, via mail e telefonicamente). Dopo svariati incontri nei quali abbiamo progettato e definito tutto nei minimi dettagli, modificando man mano, siamo arrivati all’ordine. Finalmente arriva tutto a casa: la cucina, la parete attrezzata, il tavolo e le sedie, tutto splen-di-do! Più viviamo l’ambiente e più lo apprezziamo. Anche la squadra dei montatori ha fatto un lavoro eccellente e preciso, molto affiatati tra loro, hanno faticato ma in allegria. Ho aspettato per lasciare la nostra recensione, ma solo per confermare che abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima assistenza anche post-vendita e per ben due volte: massima disponibilità per sistemare piccoli dettagli; anche in queste occasioni i montatori (i due fratelli) molto precisi e pazienti. Consigliamo senz’altro questo Centro Lube, con una raccomandazione: andare durante la settimana per avere maggiore tranquillità. We furnished our living room by purchasing the Immagina plus line. In this store we had the good fortune to meet Alessandro: competent and professional, patient and kind, always available (in person, by email and by phone). After several meetings in which we designed and defined everything down to the smallest detail, modifying it gradually, we got to order. Finally everything arrives at home: the kitchen, the equipped wall, the table and chairs, all splendid! The more we experience the environment, the more we appreciate it. The assembly team also did an excellent and precise job, very close to each other, they struggled but happily. I waited to leave our review, but only to confirm that we received excellent after-sales assistance and twice: maximum availability to fix small details; also on these occasions the editors (the two brothers) were very precise and patient. We definitely recommend this Centro Lube, with one recommendation: go during the week for more peace of mind.

La signora di cui non ricordo il nome che ha seguito la vendita il progetto è stata molto brava nel cercare di capire le nostre esigenze. Il montaggio ugualmente è stato ben fatto in maniera professionale il responsabile un signore non giovanissimo e molto esperto. La cucina in questi anni trascorsi si è dimostrato un ottimo acquisto....solo una nota riguarda le cerniere di diversi sportelli non fanno più bene il loro lavoro per cui uno sportello non si chiude un altro invece sbatte senza rallentare altri non sono più in squadro.... a parte questo abbiamo un ottimo giudizio. I would like to review our Lube kitchen model Agnese purchased in 2011 in via Tuscolana. The lady whose name I do not remember who followed the sale the project was very good at trying to understand our needs. The assembly was also well done in a professional manner by the person in charge of a not very young and very experienced gentleman. The kitchen in these past years has proved to be an excellent purchase .... just a note concerns the hinges of various doors no longer do their job well so one door does not close another but slams without slowing down others are no longer in team .... apart from that we have an excellent judgment.
