Il proprietario è estremamente affidabile, onesto, preparato professionalmente e tecnicamente. Veramente è impossibile trovarne un difetto. I have an office outside Rome but I prefer to be assisted by frantic because I know that I always solve the problem. The owner is extremely reliable, honest, professionally and technically trained. It is truly impossible to find a fault.

Inoltre ho comprato da loro anche lo schermo nuovo ad un prezzo molto al di sotto dell'on-line. Tempi di consegna rispettati. Insomma davvero un ottimo servizio. I brought my pc for various problems. I	IOIO IOIOIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto il pc da Frantic perché la tastiera risulta sballata, e scrive numeri al posto delle lettere. Senza nemmeno accendere il computer mi dicono che c'è da reimpostare il sistema operativo. Chiedo io, ma non ci sarà solo da reimpostare la tastiera? Uno dei tecnici risponde: "No no, non è così semplice". Insomma, una diagnosi al buio, in stile Othelma. Ritiro il pc dopo la riparazione, e mi restituiscono una tastiera funzionante su una modalità internazionale, che si rifiutano di rettificare dicendo che il sistema nasce così, il che non è assolutamente vero. Dopo qualche giorno la tastiera riprende a tradurre ogni tasto in cifre. Per evitare un'altra spesa, cerco su internet da cosa potrebbe dipendere il guasto, e scopro che ho semplicemente inserito il blocco numerico, spingendo inavvertitamente un tasto. Vado a far presente che mi hanno fatto pagare una riparazione non necessaria. Risposta: "Ah, va bene". E si sono tenuti i soldi non dovuti. Vedete voi. Metto due stelle invece che una esclusivamente perchè su due interventi che hanno fatto al pc, uno è stato portato a termine senza inghippi, almeno alla portata della mia visuale, e perché i tecnici pc volendo possono fare anche di peggio. I take the pc to Frantic because the keyboard is wrong, and it writes numbers instead of letters. Without even turning on the computer they tell me that the operating system needs to be reset. I ask, but won't there just be a reset of the keyboard? One of the technicians replies: "No no, it's not that simple". In short, an Othelma-style diagnosis in the dark. I collect the pc after the repair, and they return me a keyboard working on an international mode, which they refuse to rectify saying that the system was born like this, which is absolutely not true. After a few days the keyboard resumes translating each key into numbers. To avoid another expense, I search the internet on what the fault could be, and find that I have simply entered the numeric block, inadvertently pushing a button. I'm going to point out that they charged me for an unnecessary repair. Answer: "Ah, okay." And they kept the undue money. You see. I put two stars instead of one exclusively because out of two interventions they made on the PC, one was completed without hitches, at least within my sight, and because PC technicians can do even worse if they want.
