Oggi secondo giorno ho dolore ! In questi casi che cosa si fa?

Servizio tampone antigenico a 15€, niente pacchetti forfettari e niente stampa del green pass (personalmente ho sofferto anche il disguido di non avere ricevuto il messaggio con il codice per scaricarlo, cosa che mi ha costretto a richiamare il negozio, con lunga attesa telefonica e notevole dispendio di tempo). Interessante l'opportunità di sconto del 15% sul parafarmaco e del 10% su fitoterapici e omeopatici nei giorni di Martedì e Giovedì.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scontrosi ,e due parole per quella persona che effettua i tamponi in modo " doloroso di proposito " le persone così dovrebbero essere espulse dall' albo ! Mi pare ovvio che non ci tornerei più nemmeno per un aspirina dato che pure lá dentro non regna la gentilezza eccetto la ragazza che mi ha fatto pagare il tampone ,super gentile .
Grumpy, and a few words for that person who swabs "painfully on purpose" people like that should be kicked off the register! It seems obvious to me that I would never go back there even for an aspirin since even in there there is no kindness except the girl who made me pay for the tampon, super nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scontroso,tranne la ragazza riccia alta che stava lì nella vecchia gestione semore carina e paziente.....soprattutto da quando ha cambiato gestione molto lento. E la signora liscia bassina e' veramente acida... il ragazzo che ha i tamponi ha la mano pesante e fa male..... ne ho fatti10 mai sentito nulla...lui fa male..

Oltre ai farmacisti spesso scortesi, veri e propri commercianti senza alcuna empatia, ora si aggiunge il personale addetto ai tamponi, scortese, strafottente e inadeguato. Da tempo non mi rivolgevo più a questa farmacia ma dopo l'esperienza di oggi farò il possibile affinché nessuno ci vada più! Agghiacciante!
Yet another bad experience at the Farmacrimi Pharmacy in Largo Spartaco. In addition to the often rude pharmacists, real merchants without any empathy, now we add the staff assigned to tampons, rude, arrogant and inadequate. For some time I have not turned to this pharmacy anymore but after today's experience I will do everything possible so that no one goes there anymore! Chilling!
