R	Rita Angelone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo (dis)servizio. Disattesa presa in carico di una pratica gestita da loro due anni fa, di cui mi avevano garantito esito positivo. Personale che si nega, non replica a numerose mail, telefonate, messaggi, o se replica lo fa evasivamente, non entrando nel merito della pratica, non fornendo spiegazioni di alcun tipo. All'ennesima telefonata (tentativi portati avanti per circa 45 giorni!!), dopo la mia ennesima lamentela, la signora in questione dice che avrebbe provveduto ad inviarmi copia del sollecito fatto all'Inps della vecchia pratica(ancora "in lavorazione"), invece ancora una volta non provvede e lascia che io sia addebitata ingiustamente. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque. Bad (in) service. Disregarded taking charge of a practice managed by them two years ago, of which they had guaranteed me a positive outcome. Staff who deny themselves, do not reply to numerous emails, phone calls, messages, or if they reply they do so evasively, not entering into the merits of the practice, not providing explanations of any kind. On the umpteenth phone call (attempts carried out for about 45 days !!), after my umpteenth complaint, the lady in question says that she would send me a copy of the reminder made to the INPS of the old practice (still "in process"), instead once again he fails to do so and lets me be wrongly charged. I strongly advise against anyone.

Ho richiamato dopo una settimana e ho chiesto di nuovo se facevano quel tipo di pratica e ho preso appuntamento. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa mi hanno detto che non sono convenzionati per quel tipo di pratica (dopo due conferme)...... I had to do a practice and I called to find out if they did.
