Chiedono un costo esagerato per fare la pratica degli assegni famigliari, oltre ad impiegarci diveeso tempo prima di dare la ricevuta non sono nemmeno in grado di dare spiegazione alle domande più ovvie. A saperlo prima avrei evitato. Fanno consegnare le pratiche da una Sig. Ra che oltre alla gentilezza ne sa poco a livello lavorativo costretta a chiedere suggerimenti per le mie domande alle colleghe più informate probabilmente che erano libere. Ma a quanto pare era troppo faticoso parlare direttamente al cliente. For charity!!! Ho accompagnato la mia mamma per il ritiro dell'isee, abbiamo preso il numeretto e in 10mn eravamo già fuori con il documento in mano Bravi, gentili e soprattutto molto veloci. Personale gentile e disponibile, mi hanno dato qualche consiglio in più. Se si va la prima volta da loro fanno fare una tessera che dura l'intero anno, a un costo di 15€. Per andare li conviene andare con i mezzi, la fermata della metro A Numidio Quadrato sta molto vicino, perché per il parcheggio è un dramma (diciamo come praticamente dovunque a Roma ???) They have 2 locations where they work, one larger and one smaller are practically facing each other. Friendly and helpful staff, they gave me some more advice. If you go to them for the first time, they get a card that lasts the whole year, at a cost of € 15. To go there it is better to go by public transport, the Numidio Quadrato metro stop is very close, because for parking it is a drama (let's say like practically everywhere in Rome ???)

Mai trovato tanta gentilezza, disponibilità, e sopratutto competenza. Un ufficio per la cittadinanza...quella vera. Ho effettuato in questo "ufficio" due pratiche e sono riusciti a commettere svariati errori grossolani che sto ripagando a distanza di anni. Mi sono dovuto affidare ad un nuovo commercialista. Ho più volte chiesto spiegazioni e mi sono sempre state date risposte concise ed arroganti. Assolutamente da evitare come la peste! Avoid this Café in any way! Incompetent and arrogant. Nonostante che basta spingere un bottone per l'invio all'INPS , io sto qui ad aspettare. Creandomi dei problemi seri. Questa mattina dovrò recarmi ad un nuovo Caf per rifare t tutto I was recommended to this Café He must have been very serious.
