★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali, cortesi ed efficienti. Se occorre un' urgenza sono disponibili ad aiutare, valutando se e' il caso di essere un po' elastici quando uno ha mal di denti alle 3 di mattina. Onesti, sembra di essere in famiglia.
 Very professional, courteous and efficient. If an urgency is needed, they are available to help, evaluating if it is necessary to be a little elastic when one has a toothache at 3 in the morning. Honestly, it feels like family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero disastro, servizio negativo per ben 2 volte. Telefoni per sapere se c'è disponibilità, ti dicono di sì o che il prodotto arriva bel pomeriggio. Ebbene la.prima volta sbagliano il prodotto la seconda ti dicono che il prodotto non è arrivato perché non era prevista consegna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai ricevuto free pass a seguito di tamponi negativi. Probabilmente non comunicano correttamente alla ASL / ministero della salute gli esiti con conseguente caos relativo a certificazione green pass. Non credo sia consigliabile rivolgersi a loro per questo tipo di servizio.
Never received free pass as a result of negative pads. Probably do not correctly communicate to the ASL / Ministry of Health the results with consequent chaos relating to Green Pass certification. I don't think it is advisable to contact them for this type of service.

Swab to my little daughter with mild fever. They were very kind and helpful with me and wonderful with her who was afraid, both the doctor and all the staff. Fast result, in less than 1 hour I received the email. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale e dottori davvero molto disponibili e professionali. Il 26 sera ho effettuato un tampone rapido in questa farmacia super efficiente ed organizzata. C'era davvero molta gente in attesa, eppure nel giro di un'ora ero di ritorno a casa.
Sinceramente non capisco chi ha lasciato una recensione negativa.
Really very helpful and professional staff and doctors. On the 26th evening I took a quick swab in this super efficient and organized pharmacy. There were a lot of people waiting, and yet within an hour I was back home.
I honestly don't understand who left a bad review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto mi riguarda è una delle migliori farmacie di Roma. Efficientissima soprattutto nei peggiori momenti della pandemia. Tamponi sempre disponibili. Si c'è da aspettare ovvio siamo nel quartiere tuscolano popolarissimo. Ma funziona benissimo. Fanno anche tamponi molecolari. Per me è il top.
As far as I'm concerned it is one of the best pharmacies in Rome. Very efficient especially in the worst moments of the pandemic. Buffers always available. It is obvious that we are in the very popular Tuscan district. But it works great. They also make molecular swabs. For me it is the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAMPONI ANTIGENICI COVID 19: eseguiti da un VOLONTARIO al costo di euro 15 anche per i bambini minori di 12 anni(normalmente costano 8 euro; lamentato il fatto mi è stato detto che la farmacia è privata e fa come vuole).
Dal punto di vista della sicurezza non va molto meglio: i tamponi vengono eseguiti all'interno di una stanza chiusa, non in una tenda all'esterno cone si fa di solito.
Cortesia e gentilezza "così così".
In sintesi prima esperienza deludente con questa farmacia per i tamponi!
COVID 19 ANTIGENIC SWABS: performed by a VOLUNTEER at a cost of € 15 even for children under 12 (normally they cost € 8; complained about the fact I was told that the pharmacy is private and does as he wants).
From a security point of view it doesn't go much better: the tampons are done inside a closed room, not in a tent outside as is usually done.
Courtesy and kindness "so-so".
In summary first disappointing experience with this pharmacy for tampons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non capisco chi è che recensisca negativamente questo centro.. oggi 26/12/21 sono venuto a fare il tampone, è PIENO di gente, eppure sono stati molto veloci nel far scorrere la fila per il pagamento e per il tampone. È ovvio che, con tantissime persone, si debba aspettare la risposta per 40 minuti circa, ma le persone che si alterano sono soltanto dei maleducati. Pienamente soddisfatto del servizio
I do not understand who reviews this center negatively .. today 26/12/21 I came to swab, it's FULL of people, yet they were very quick in running the queue for payment and for the swab. Of course, with a lot of people, you have to wait for an answer for about 40 minutes, but people who get upset are just rude. Fully satisfied with the service
