E la cosa fantastica è che hanno sempre tutto..compreso integratori e farmaci omeopatici! Io credo che prima di tutto il cliente, va trattato con cura e soprattutto va rispettato. E oggi sono rimasto veramente Indignato dall'accaduto. Non verrò mai più in questa farmacia, finché il personale, non imparerà a relazionarsi al meglio con il prossimo e ad essere meno Ignorante. inoltre dal momento che non mi è stato possibile rispondere alla vostra risposta, dal momento che non me ne avete dato modo, integro la mia recensione, nel dirvi che confermo quanto detto sopra, ovvero che ( la maleducazione persiste ) non c'è stato nessun fantasma ad assistere alla ragazza che cacciò madre e figlia in malo modo, neanche la mia ombra, dal momento che ero in carne ed ossa a pagare alla cassa alla ragazza mora. Il mio udito inoltre funziona benissimo, sicuramente più delle vostre telecamere che non sono state quanto pare in grado di vedermi. E ho sentito con molta scortesia quando la madre chiese info su cose private che non sto qui a dire, la signorina bionda che le rispose con la frase ( se lo cerchi ).. e quando mi girai vidi tutta la scena... ( neanche questo ricordate? o a dirlo è stato il fantasma dell'opera?? ) E con questo ho chiuso. Concludo nel dirvi che , si può sbagliare ed è umano. Chi non sbaglia... ma ammettere le proprie colpe e forse , chiedere scusa, una volta tantum, potrebbe non dico risolvere tanti problemi, ma aiutare, e far cambiare opinioni al prossimo. S	Sara Trimarchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa da questa farmacia, in quanto la considerazione verso al cliente si è dimostrata veramente scarsa, premetto vado da loro per usufruire del pacchetto tamponi, al momento dell'acquisto e le prime volte sempre molto disponibili in quanto mi hanno detto che i tamponi sono effettuati da una persona esterna che non è sempre presente ma in caso di necessita ci sono loro a farli. Da una settimana cose completamente cambiate, fanno i tamponi solo se c'è il ragazzo addetto e oggi che ne avevo necessità non mi sono venuti incontro per niente e sono dovuta andare in un'altra farmacia e stessa cosa accadrà lunedì 27 in quanto il 26 sono giustamente chiusi e il 27 non effettuano i tamponi, cosa assurda se a qualcuno serve per andare a lavorare e loro non offrono il servizio e ovviamente se glielo fai notare non ti rispondono. Soldi buttati in quanto non so se potrò più usufruire del servizio se gli orari sono a cavolo. 2 stelle solo perchè i tamponi li fanno bene, ma ripeto considerazione del cliente che già ti ha pagato zero.
