L'operatrice che mi ha fatto il tampone venerdì pomeriggio è scorbutica e ha la mano pesante (si definisce medico, ma io non le chiederei un consiglio manco per un integratore). Spero per i clienti che gli altri "operatori" siano meglio di questa. A me comunque non mi rivedono più. Bad experience. Sono stata assistita da diversa personale di stessa farmacia e posso dire che tutti sono stati molto delicati. Grazie I always go to this pharmacy for tampons. Volevo esprimere la mia gratitudine alla Dottoressa con le treccine lunghe nere per la professionalità e sopratutto nella delicatezza nell’approcciarsi con il paziente a differenza di una sua collega che il 6 dicembre ha creato un parapiglia con i pazienti me compreso per l’aggressivita’ del suo operato. L'addetta ai tampone sembrava che stava trivellando per cercare il petrolio, io non lo so se lo fanno di proposito, oppure sono in buona fede, però dovrebbero capire che ad un certo punto fanno veramente male, forse per loro sono delicati, forse. Le avevamo anche chiesto se poteva fare piano, ma niente. Confermo la mano pesante per i tamponi citata in altri commenti. Proprio la mattina del 6 dicembre invece mi capita allo sportello un' altra operatrice che effettua tamponi allo stesso modo di come si infilza l'arrosto di Natale , spingendo velocemente il tampone con durezza e in profondità. Al primo tentativo mi sono spostato chiedendole di fare più piano ma niente, al secondo tentativo lo ha rifatto con la stessa intensità. Spero prendano provvedimenti. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto di comprarlo online la prossima volta. Queste sono le foto che mostrano il costo pagato, 15 € ciascuno e non come dice il titolare 13 €. Il test acquistato è lo stesso (stessa marca, stesso tipo) che in seguito ho preso in una farmacia online (3,99€) Alla larga! They are thieves and rude.
