Entro in farmacia e nessuno risponde al mio saluto, mancanza totale di rispetto e di educazione. Va meglio al reparto banco, anche se un sorriso è chiedere troppo; ma la cassiera per un errore loro, si è permessa di urlare in faccia a una cliente, senza motivo, nemmeno al mercato. Sono rimasta allibita, in effetti se non cambiano i modi di trattare la clientela forse la perderanno e non ci fanno nemmeno bella figura. Riesco, saluto e nessuno risponde. s	sax manlio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei riportare di seguito la mia recensione precedente solo per sottolineare che questo anno terribile ha visto aumentare molto la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale nel sostenere noi clienti nell'ondata di questa pandemia ma PURTROPPO E' PASSATO INUTILMENTE PER QUANTO RIGUARDA IL CALDO E LA MANCANZA DI ARIA CHE IN QUESTO PERIODO FLAGELLA LA CLIENTELA E GLI OPERATORI ALL'INTERNO DI QUESTA FARMACIA peraltro punto di riferimento dell'intero quartiere. "Voglio esprimere il mio apprezzamento per il sacrificio e la professionalità che tutti gli operatori di questa Farmacia e la sua Direzione hanno mostrato nel periodo più drammatico della pandemia per il Covid19; sempre molto gentili e pronti a fornire la loro assistenza soprattutto nei confronti delle persone anziane e corretti nella vendita delle mascherine. L'unico punto negativo rimane sempre la gestione dei condizionatori e quando il caldo si fa sentire la farmacia diventa un forno soprattutto nell'area di attesa di noi poveri clienti. Una farmacia cosi moderna e cosi ben orientata verso le esigenze dei propri clienti non può mantenere questo punto critico. Perciò, mio malgrado, suggerirei ai titolari di far stare a contatto col pubblico soltanto chi è in grado di esercitare le elementari regole di buona educazione. Regole che sicuramente sono sconosciute ad una signora che da qualche tempo in più occasioni ho trovato in cassa, alla quale spesso bisogna anche chiedere espressamente lo scontrino fiscale che dimentica di produrre dopo aver dato il resto e congedato il cliente, e che proprio oggi è uscita dal banco cassa e ha letteralmente accompagnato in malo modo fuori dalla farmacia un cliente che aveva prenotato tampone e voleva pagarlo prima di effettuarlo e, senza motivo, anche la sua accompagnatrice che non doveva effettuare tamponi (la sottoscritta), urlando loro che sarebbero potuti rientrare solo dopo risultato negativo. Il tutto sebbene noi cercassimo di tranquillizzarla circa il fatto che il cliente effettuava quel tampone NON perché sintomatico, ma perché richiesto dalla clinica dove effettuerà un intervento in day hospital domani, e peraltro proprio mentre nella farmacia vi erano almeno altri tre clienti in fila al banco farmaci, sicuramente non tamponati. Perciò per ora due stelle sono anche troppe. Grazie alla scortese signora. My favorite pharmacy for many years. B	Birch Knots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella a questa farmacia non perchè non mi trovi bene, anzi è una farmacia fornitissima e il personale è estremamente disponibile, ma perchè spero che qualche autorità possa in qualche modo intervenire perchè i dipendenti sono costantemente e fortemente maltrattati dall'anziano proprietario che li umilia davanti ai clienti. Vado almeno una volta al mese e ogni volta vedo che i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono a dir poco terrorizzati da quest'uomo che li schiavizza e li maltratta, ieri (2 Agosto) era una giornata caldissima e l'aria condizionata all'interno era spenta, non oso immaginare quanto soffrissero i ragazzi dovendo indossare ininterrottamente la mascherina. E' assurdo che un datore di lavoro possa comportarsi così, per favore se qualcuno dei sindacati dovesse leggere il mio commento cercasse di intervenire! Oggi, memore del fatto appena descritto, ho prenotato il tampone per evitare di fare la stessa fine e invece nulla, perché erano in ritardo con i tamponi e avrei dovuto aspettare di nuovo un'ora o più. Inoltre non sono campioni di cordialità, in generale. Sono sempre andata qui perché ci cado dentro uscendo da casa, ma da oggi non mi vedranno più.
