★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima farmacia sempre fornita e con personale molto gentile e cortese...malgrado io non abiti all'Alessandrino ma a Torre Maura mi sposto molto volentieri e tutto cio che mi serve lo prendo dal Dr Pontrelli, persona squisita.
Excellent pharmacy always provided and with very kind and courteous staff ... although I do not live in the Alexandrian but in Torre Maura I move very willingly and everything I need I take it from Dr Pontrelli, an exquisite person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che vado in questa farmacia! Rimango basito per l'approccio poco professionale e poco gentile che per due volte ho riscontrato! Si può essere Dottori... Ma stare a contatto con i clienti non è per tutti! Ero entrato semplicemente per chiedere un'informazione! Con la massima educazione facendo la fila prendendo il numeretto e dando la precedenza a due signore di cui una era non vedente! Certamente non metterò più piede in tale locale con la speranza che questa recensione faccia riflettere !
This is the second time I go to this pharmacy! I am thrilled by the unprofessional and unkind approach that I have found twice! You can be a Doctor ... But being in contact with customers is not for everyone! I went in simply to ask for information! With the utmost education by queuing up taking the number and giving priority to two ladies, one of which was blind! Certainly I will not set foot in this place again with the hope that this review will make you think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia è molto bella e comoda in quanto si trova davanti il mio studio medico, ma non andrò più, in quanto mi sono imbattuta con una signora( dottoressa o non si cosa) senza mascherina ,che senza dirmi se avevo bisogno subito del farmaco o meno ,ha deciso per me di ordinarlo per il giorno dopo,non abito tra le altre cose in zona ma a 16 km i distanza e per di più un farmaco va conservato in frigorifero! L' avrei preso sottocasa! Purtroppo era impegnata a parlare con le colleghe, le ho anche chiesto me ne ha prese 3 confezioni di questo farmaco? Mi ha risposto credo di sì! Come credo di sì?? Va be.. non mi ha chiesto la tessera sanitaria, ha chiuso il conto e manco lo scontrino mi stava dando . Mi ha detto : lo scontrino le serve?? Le volevo rispondere perché è facoltativo?? Sono stufa di imbattermi con certe persone . Non riscontro professionalità e trovo molta superficialità che non tollero più. Grazie per il disservizio al completo
