Credo che questi ultimi dovrebbero avere un percorso dedicato in ambiente diverso dal reparto vendita.
Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly and helpful staff but ..... in a few minutes that I was waiting for my turn, a considerable comings and goings of users waiting to take the swab, the reports etc.
I believe that the latter should have a dedicated path in an environment other than the sales department.
