We were given a high blood pressure medication instead of cortisone, my husband nearly collapsed after taking it for 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondere "non è un problema mio" non mi sembra il massimo come risposta quando si effettua un servizio pubblico, personalmente con i miei pazienti non mi sognerei mai di dare una risposta tale.
Answering "it's not my problem" does not seem the best answer when performing a public service, personally with my patients I would never dream of giving such an answer.

Grumpy, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I have often had to explain to them how to do certain bureaucratic steps, wasting a lot of time. I strongly advise against.
