UPS point completely unreliable, I lost two afternoons of work because they close at random times without warning. Really not very serious. Never again!

I had a problem with my laptop - if I had sent it to the parent company I would have had to wait many days - and instead in a very short time (a few hours) I was "diagnosed" and returned the PC "as new"

Su quattro volte che ho provato ad andarci, tre li ho trovati chiusi: fuori il negozio, c'è perennemente un cartello che "avverte la clientela" di un improvvisa urgenza, di un lavoro esterno da sbrigare, di "un'apertura ritardata" a metà giornata (??).
Penosi.
Being able to find them open is a miracle!
Out of four times I've tried to go there, I've found three closed: outside the shop, there is a perpetually sign that "warns customers" of a sudden urgency, of external work to be done, of "a delayed opening" mid-day (??).
Painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a great service and they are very professional, also the guy in the reception speaks english. They are good and the prices are fair. I recommend to call before going because their schedule is variable, also they don't have a card reader so you will have to pay with cash.
They changed my computer's keyboard after I spilled some coffee on it.
