★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mia negligenza ho preso un virus sul cellulare cliccando su un link. L’unico modo per eliminare il virus era fare il reset di fabbrica del cellulare e non essendo un esperto mi sono affidato a questo negozio perché era vicino casa e per la qualità delle recensioni. Le uniche tre raccomandazioni che avevo dato al tecnico erano: salvare tutti i contatti, salvare i messaggi di WhatsApp e salvare tutte le foto. Il giorno dopo aver ripreso il cellulare m rendo conto che tutte le foto, gli ultimi 6 mesi, erano andate perse perché il tecnico aveva deciso di usare il mio Google drive per salvare le foto senza verificare se c’era spazio a sufficienza per ospitarle tutte. Lo spazio non c’era, lui non se ne è accorto perché non ha verificato e ha fatto il reset cancellando tutte le foto. Ovviamente mi sono fatto ridare i soldi ma è stato molto doloroso perdere le foto degli ultimi sei mesi. Quindi attenzione almeno con me il tecnico non è stato professionale.
For my own negligence I caught a virus on my phone by clicking on a link. The only way to get rid of the virus was to factory reset the phone and, not being an expert, I relied on this shop because it was close to home and for the quality of the reviews. The only three recommendations I had given the technician were: save all contacts, save WhatsApp messages, and save all photos. The day after taking my phone back I realize that all the photos, the last 6 months, had been lost because the technician had decided to use my Google drive to save the photos without checking if there was enough space to house them all. . There was no space, he did not notice it because he did not check and reset it by deleting all the photos. Of course I got my money back but it was very painful to lose the photos from the last six months. So be careful with me at least the technician was not professional.
