The doctors who work in this pharmacy are really fantastic. One better than the other !!!! They are friendly but above all caring with the elderly !!!! If there were 10 stars I would turn them all on !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avendo notato il piccolo cartello scritto a penna ho avuto l'ardire di chiedere educatamente un cambio merce su un acquisto effettuato in mattinata . La commessa in evidente imbarazzo ha addotto motivi fiscali (falso il motivo non è fiscale vista la legislaziown vigente) per cui questo non le era possibile . Dal retrobottega quella che suppongo fosse la titolare, senza neanche palesarsi, redarguiva la poverina e le intimava di non cedere alle mie richieste (assolutamente non insistenti) . Che dire . Se non di aver avvertito una sensazione di sgradevolezza.
Not having noticed the small sign written in pen, I had the audacity to politely ask for a change of goods on a purchase made in the morning. The clerk in obvious embarrassment gave fiscal reasons (false the reason is not fiscal given the current legislation) for which this was not possible. From the back of the shop what I suppose was the owner, without even revealing herself, scolded the poor woman and told her not to give in to my requests (absolutely not insistent). What to say . Except for having experienced a feeling of unpleasantness.
