★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione doverosa va al signor Paolo Zampella di Odorisio zona Romanina, che ringraziamo infinitamente per la pazienza, la disponibilità, l'aiuto e il supporto che ci ha fornito in questi mesi e fin dall'inizio con ogni mezzo a sua disposizione. In tutto questo tempo nonostante tanti cavilli sorti durante la ristrutturazione ha seguito il nostro ordine comunicandoci ogni variazione o problematica che si è presentata a dispetto d altri che invece ci hanno lasciato soli. Pienamente soddisfatti per il lavoro svolto. Grazie per tutto Daniele e Federica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA. Abbiamo acquistato rivestimenti per due bagni, ma al conteggio dei metri, ci sono state incongruenze... Ordiniamo il restante metraggio, e pagandolo in anticipo, dalla data di luglio, ancora oggi ho il bagno INCOMPLETO. Ad oggi l' unica cosa che mi hanno detto.... Cerchiamo di fare il possibile, ma il possibile, qual'è? Sono veramente amareggiato.
BAD experience. We bought coverings for two bathrooms, but at the count of the meters, there were inconsistencies ... We order the remaining footage, and pay it in advance, from the date of July, I still have the bathroom INCOMPLETE. To date the only thing they have told me .... We try to do everything possible, but what is possible? I am truly embittered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo serviti presso Odorisio per un nuovo bagno per il nostro appartamento, in effetti in due successive sessioni di acquisto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo di quanto da noi scelto assolutamente ottimo. Siamo inoltre stati serviti ed assistiti, in entrambe le occasioni ,dallo stesso venditore (Emanuele) che ci ha davvero dato le dritte giuste e ci ha fornito assistenza, anche telefonicamente, fino all'avvenuta consegna di tutti i pezzi. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti!
We were served at Odorisio for a new bathroom for our apartment, in fact in two subsequent shopping sessions. Absolutely excellent value for money of what we have chosen. We were also served and assisted, on both occasions, by the same seller (Emanuele) who really gave us the right tips and provided us with assistance, even by telephone, until the delivery of all the pieces. We were really satisfied!

Sono stato accolto nel negozio con molta cordialità ma non avrei immaginato che poi, la persona che ha seguito il mio caso (ricerca e individuazione mattonelle e pavimento) fosse così competente e professionale. Ringrazio il signor Emanuele per la disponibilità e cortesia e per avermi guidato instancabilmente fino al perfezionamento dell'ordine, fatto oggi insieme. I went a few weeks ago to Odorisio in Via Bernardino Alimena, Rome.
I was welcomed into the shop with great cordiality but I would not have imagined that the person who followed my case (research and identification of tiles and flooring) was so competent and professional. Acquistato mobile bagno e mandato sbagliato. Secondo loro dovrei adattarlo così come è oppure ricomprarlo per intero a mie spese. Allucinanti
Update: they say to send the email and then don't answer. Now they don't even answer the phone anymore (after we bought the mobile back). Getting worse .......
Purchased bathroom furniture and sent wrong. According to them, I should either adapt it as it is or buy it back in full at my own expense. Hallucinating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato 2 mobili bagno completi il 14/05/2021 , la consegna è avvenuta il 14/09/2021 in seguito ad una mia chiamata, non essendo stato avvisato dell'arrivo del materiale dal venditore.
Una volta aperti gli imballaggi ho scoperto che in uno specchio mancavano le staffe di fissaggio (particolari per quel modello).
Inoltre ci è stato consegnato il piano del lavabo con foro per il rubinetto (di cui non avevamo bisogno, in quanto in possesso di un rubinetto a parete) e conseguente foro della ciotola spostato in avanti, che invece doveva essere centrato sul piano sia in larghezza che in lunghezza.
Il venditore non intende cambiarci il piano (se non a nostre spese), di conseguenza dopo quattro mesi di attesa ci ritroviamo con un bagno inutilizzabile.

We ordered 2 complete bathroom furniture on 05/14/2021, the delivery took place on 09/14/2021 following a call from me, not having been notified of the arrival of the material by the seller.
Once I opened the packaging, I discovered that a mirror was missing the fixing brackets (particular for that model).
We were also given the sink top with a tap hole (which we did not need, as it has a wall tap) and consequent bowl hole moved forward, which instead had to be centered on the top both in width. than in length.
The seller does not intend to change the floor (if not at our expense), consequently after four months of waiting we find ourselves with an unusable bathroom.
