Personale abbastanza gentile, non curatissima la disposizione della merce ma il negozio è troppo piccolo per la quantità di merce che vende, dovrebbero cercare di organizzare i meglio gli spazi. La nota positiva è che trovi una buona varietà di tutto quello che può servire per i più piccoli, dal pannolino al giocattolo, passando per scarpe e accessori. Il problema è che a volte non c'è un buon assortimento e si rischia di fare un passaggio a vuoto. Nota positiva le casse, anche se c'è a volte un pò di fila, le cassiere sono rapide e precise. L’unica nota negativa è la fila alle casse e sul sito non c’è l’assortimento abbigliamento come per gli altri negozi per i bimbi. Nel complesso si acquista bene.
