★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo shooroom. Il personale gentile, educato e professionale. L'unico inconveniente è stato nella consegna del materiale ordinato da parte del corriere. Avevo chiesto un mezzo piccolo, in quanto le via è stretta, invece è arrivato un camion grande. Il materiale ordinato, mi è stato consegnato con diverse scatole rotte (tre in tutto). Per giunta, mi mancavano 17 scatole di pavimento non consegnato e mi è stato lasciato materiale che non era mio. Fatta subito la segnalazione al centro di iperceramica romanina, che si sono attivati per avere il materiale mancante e per la sostituzione del materiale rotto. Ricevo le scatole mancanti qualche giorno dopo. Alla fine mi contattano, dopo diverse segnalazioni, che lunedì 15 novembre mi veniva consegnato il materiale rotto, ma niente da fare non c'e la fanno a rispettare gli impegni. In sintesi ancora li devo ricever, arrecando notevoli problemi. Nulla da dire sul punto vendita, ma come gli ho suggerito che devono cambiare correre.
Great shooroom. The staff were polite, polite and professional. The only drawback was in the delivery of the ordered material by the courier. I asked for a small vehicle, as the streets are narrow, but a large truck arrived. The ordered material was delivered to me with several broken boxes (three in all). In addition, I was missing 17 boxes of undelivered flooring and I was left with material that was not mine. Immediately the report was made to the Romanina hyperceramic center, which took action to have the missing material and to replace the broken material. I receive the missing boxes a few days later. In the end they contact me, after several reports, that on Monday 15 November the broken material was delivered to me, but nothing to do there and they make it to respect the commitments. In summary I still have to receive them, causing considerable problems. Nothing to say about the point of sale, but as I suggested they have to change running.

All'ingresso non c'è accoglienza, ma dopo aver girovagato per qualche minuto in cerca degli articoli di mio interesse e di un addetto che mi aiutasse a districarmi, mi è venuto incontro un ragazzo che, senza neppure salutare, mi ha chiesto di mostrargli il "green pass" con atteggiamento scostante e pretenzioso. Considerata tale inqualificabile accoglienza unita ai prezzi che avevo già iniziato a valutare, posso sconsigliare vivamente chiunque dal recarsi presso questo punto vendita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che dopo tanta attesa di parlare con i commessi mi hanno fatto passare una persona avanti e anche se se ne sono accorti hanno fatto finta di niente e mi hanno.anche presa un po' in giro.....quando ho chiesto al commesso un consiglio. Lui senza nemmeno.ascolatare la.mia.domanda mi ha subito detto che lui non era lì per consigliare e in modo un po' scontroso mi ha mostrato cose contrarie a quello che avevo chiesto. Insomma capisco che è domenica e non ti va di lavorare. Ma forse opterei per trovarti un altro.lavoro.perche devo.ristrutturare due case e da voi non comprerei nemmeno uno scarto di mattonella. Mi hanno saputo ben consigliare sugli orari per poter visionare lo showroom quando è meno affollato . Non do 5 stelle solo perché il prezzo è di un 'anticchia più alto , d'altronde hanno cose di alta qualità. Grazie
