Ho acquistato i mobili per il bagno, consegnato con il top sbeccato ma, avendolo verificato giorni dopo la consegna a causa dei ritardi dei lavori di ristrutturazione, non ho aperto una segnalazione. Diversamente ho chiesto la sostituzione dello specchio che presentava la striscia LED staccata dal supporto ( non siamo riusciti a sistemarla con nulla), una macchietta sul fronte ed il supporto per l'affissione al muro difettoso, essendosi staccato entro 48 h dal montaggio (non si è rotto solo perché si è poggiato sul rubinetto). Nonostante sia palese che tali difetti fossero di fabbrica, mi è stata contestata la mancata segnalazione entro 8 gg dalla consegna! Questo genere di venditori ti obbligano ad affidarti ad amazon prime!!! Bad experience !! Purtroppo il gusto degli articoli non rispecchia a pieno il mio gusto personale. Non è presente un parcheggio interno ma si trova facilmente posto per strada. Dal momento del bonifico subito dopo è partita la consegna, solo che uno dei due lavabo era sbagliato!! Mi è stato inviato centrale invece io lo avevo laterale.. Diciamo che ho dovuto sollecitare un po’ di volte prima di avere quello giusto e tra una cosa è un’altra sono passati 15 gg. In ogni caso l’importante è risolvere il problema ed è stato risolto. Il personale fa la differenza! Necessario prendere appuntamento perche' la scelta e' vasta e il personale non e' molto numeroso. Al negozio sono stato consigliato molto bene e devo dire che il personale è veramente gentile e professionale. Non devo dire la stessa cosa per la ditta alla quale si affidano per il materiale (Orsolini Viterbo) in quanto ho ricevuto un bagno con il colore sbagliato e che, per giunta, neanche mi hanno cambiato. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI CONTROLLARE LA MERCE CONSEGNATA SE EFFETTUERETE ACQUISTI IN QUEL PUNTO VENDITA. I was last year from them and I bought furniture for my bathrooms. Sono tornata ad acquistare materiali per la pavimentazione nella sede di via dei Ruderi di Torrenova dove il padrone di casa Andrea, ci ha seguiti e consigliati con entusiasmo e competenza. Inoltre faccio i miei complimenti anche allo staff del reparto Servizio Clienti, che ha rimediato ad un piccolo inconveniente veriicatosi durante la consegna, inviandoci prontamente e velocemente alcune mattonelle in sostituzione di quelle danneggiate durante lo scarico.
