Essendo una persona molto esigente ma avendo poco spazio a disposizione, è riuscita a risolvere il problema con il mio divano. La consiglierò a tutte le mie amiche. I was super satisfied with the commitment, the patience but above all with the experience of the saleswoman Simona. Being a very demanding person but having little space available, she managed to solve the problem with my sofa. I will recommend it to all my friends.

Ha saputo darmi tutte le informazioni possibili e ha capito e si è interessata alle mie esigenze trovandomi un'ottima soluzione. Sono tornata qualche giorno dopo per l'acquisto. Anche il resto dello staff è stato gentile, accogliente e disponibile . È un negozio che consiglio a tutti. I only went in for information. Mrs. Francesca welcomed me in a very courteous and polite way. She was able to give me all the possible information and she understood and took an interest in my needs and found me an excellent solution. I returned a few days later for the purchase. The rest of the staff were also friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a shop that I recommend to everyone.

Pessimi in tutto, soprattutto nella gestione e cura dei clienti che hanno sborsato tanti euri pensando in un servizio migliore degli altri. Come primo acquisto da loro è stato molto negativo e sarà sicuramente l ultimo I bought 2 sofas on 5/02/2022 with the delivery to be within 2 months ... we are almost 3 !! You call the store and they don't respond, slow email support. Bad in everything, especially in the management and care of customers who have paid out many euros thinking in a better service than others. As a first purchase from them it was very bad and will definitely be the last

Se dovessi valutarli meriterebbero un 10 e lode. Mi auguro che la qualità del divano che si scoprirà nel tempo sia altrettanto elevata. Grazie Dondi ! I really want to congratulate the company and all the staff for the service. From the salesman to the fitters they all proved highly professional. Daniele ci ha accolti come fossimo a casa nostra, con professionalità e attenzione verso le nostre esigenze. Anche gli altri venditori sono stati estremamente disponibili, comprese le due ragazze che "stavano imparando". Il negozio ha vasta scelta di modelli, tipi di tessuto e colori nonchè un' ampia varietà di prezzi. Assolutamente consigliato. We had never entered the shop before, we came out very satisfied as the first time! Daniele welcomed us as if we were at home, with professionalism and attention to our needs. The other vendors were also extremely helpful, including the two girls who were "learning". The shop has a wide choice of models, types of fabrics and colors as well as a wide variety of prices. Absolutely recommended.

Siamo entrati nel negozio di Roma Romanina cercando una certa cosa, ma grazie al preziosissimo aiuto di Francesca abbiamo capito che le nostre necessità erano atre! È stata gentilissima e professionale, ci ha dato tante spiegazioni e aiutato nella scelta di colori e materiali più adatti alle nostre esigenze ed al nostro arredamento! Volevamo prendere un divano in pronta consegna ma le dimensioni non rispecchiavano le nostre esigenze, ed invece di cercare altrove e frettolosamente Francesca ci ha fatto riflettere sull’importanza di un divano che vedi e vivi tutti i giorni! Abbiamo quindi preferito aspettare le tempistiche ( neanche tanto lunghe a dirla tutta) di produzione del NOSTRO divano! Quindi grazie Francesca per l’assistenza e la gentilezza e grazie Dondi Salotti per questo fantastico divano!! Fantastic experience !! We entered the Romanina shop in Rome looking for a certain thing, but thanks to Francesca's invaluable help we understood that our needs were different! She was very kind and professional, she gave us many explanations and helped us in the choice of colors and materials that best suited our needs and our furniture! We wanted to get a sofa ready for delivery but the dimensions did not reflect our needs, and instead of looking elsewhere and hastily Francesca made us reflect on the importance of a sofa that you see and live every day! We therefore preferred to wait for the timing (not that long to be honest) for the production of OUR sofa! So thank you Francesca for your assistance and kindness and thank you Dondi Salotti for this fantastic sofa !!
