r	riccardo paco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennesima delusione... prodotti molto cari ma anche molto scadenti... completamente diversi ,come comodità,da quelli esposti in confronto a quelli consegnati...inutili interventi dopo rimostranze: si sono presentati in casa con un pezzo di gomma piuma infilato sotto il divano concludendo con un " ...tutto a posto,ora vedrà che sarà più morbido"???...terzo prodotto che acquisto,terza fregatura... complimenti Yet another disappointment ... very expensive but also very poor products ... completely different, in terms of comfort, from those displayed in comparison to those delivered ... useless interventions after complaints: they showed up at home with a piece of foam stuffed underneath the sofa ending with a "... all right, now you will see that it will be softer" ??? ... third product I buy, third rip off ... congratulations
A	Alessandro Battistin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 28 maggio ho ordinato un divano presso la ditta Divani & Divani by Natuzzi in via Tuscolana 587 Roma.à locale ampio E luminoso commesse gentili i problemi sono sorti alla consegna che nel contratto era stimata per il 28 agosto e per il ritiro del vecchio divano letto a 3 posti con un secondo letto a cassettone dovevo pagare ai trasportatori la somma di 91.5 euro i primi di settembre ho chiamato per sapere quando sarebbe avvenuta la consegna mi è stato assicurato che era in arrivo trascorso un altro mese sono andata al negozio per sapere se il divano era arrivato Mi hanno assicurato che me lo avrebbero portato in settimana il 24 ottobre mi hanno consegnato il nuovo divano ma i trasportatori si rifiutavano di ritirare il secondo letto a cassettone perché non lo avevano in bolla lo hanno ritirato previo il versamento di altre €30 ho scritto questo per mettere sull'avviso i futuri clienti non fatevi incantare dalla gentilezza delle commesse Ritengo che Divani e Divani by Natuzzi non sia una ditta seria On May 28th I ordered a sofa from the Divani & Divani by Natuzzi company in via Tuscolana 587 Rome. Dopo aver atteso, come richiesto il mio turno,ho ricevuto una frettolosa e distaccata attenzione da parte di una delle responsabili di vendita (non la persona che seguiva clienti stranieri) , certamente non all'altezza del vostro marchio. La venditrice Angela con il suo sorriso e professionalità mi ha conquistato. In un secondo momento mi sono relazionato con la venditrice Anna anche lei gentilissima e professionale. Cosa dire le risorse umane in questo caso hanno fatto la differenza. Senza di loro forse non avrei comprato. Complimenti.
