Mi sono interfacciato con il sig. Massimo che ha subito mostrato professionalità e cortesia. Ha saputo consigliarmi ed indicarmi un ottimo pavimento in pronta consegna. Mi ha fatto un preventivo che a casa ho potuto verificare essere competitivo con diversi altri store del settore, che ho interpellato. La consegna è stata pienamente rispettata. Ho riscontrato una difformità, a mio parere, in qualche mattonella. Li ho interpellati e si sono dichiarati subito disponibili a risolvere il problema riscontato. Il magazziniere sig. Maurizio, prontamente messo al corrente della situazione al mio arrivo è stato molto gentile e, ha subito provveduto alla sostituzione del materiale. Dopo aver effettuato il pagamento, il quarto giorno la merce è arrivata a destinazione a più di 600 km di distanza!!!! Sono rimasto veramente senza parole. Devo assolutamente farVi i complimenti per la disponibilità e la cortesia dimostrata dal personale delle vendite e ai titolari per l'efficienza dell'esercizio commerciale. Ho acquistato il materiale che mi occorreva facilmente utilizzando la chat di WhatsApp. Sono stati super efficienti, anche nella consegna che è stata molto veloce. Abito in un'altra regione e ho trovato nel sito web di questo negozio quello che disperatamente non trovavo in altri negozi vicini: uno specifico modello di piastrella che mi occorreva per concludere un lavoro già iniziato.
