★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che mi sono rivolto a loro per un ricambio di un rubinetto marca Gessi acquistato da loro quando era ancora Pischiutta insieme a cucina, bagno e arredi vari; già all'epoca problemi ce ne sono stati. Mi reco in negozio per questo ricambio, il commesso mi dice di mandare una mail alla sua attenzione con foto del rubinetto e ricambi richiesti. Evidentemente troppo sforzo fatto da lui. Fatta la mail passano due settimane ma niente risposta. Telefono, dice che non trova la mail, gliela rimando. Passano altre due settimane e nulla. Telefono mi risponde una signora che mi dice che era in riunione e che lascerà detto. Altro tempo, nulla. Ritelefono, altre due settimane; mi risponde una signora che mi dice che era di riposo però che gli lasciava detto. Penso che la mia esperienza riguardo la professionalità di certe persone si riassuma in queste righe. Non commentiamo!!! In tutto dall'inizio sono passati quasi due mesi....senza uno stralcio di risposta. Metto una stella (avrei voluto non mettere nulla) perché altrimenti non si riesce a pubblicare il post.
 Given that I contacted them for a replacement of a Gessi brand faucet purchased by them when it was still Pischiutta together with the kitchen, bathroom and various furnishings; there were already problems at the time. I go to the shop for this spare part, the clerk tells me to send an email to his attention with photos of the faucet and spare parts requested. Evidently too much effort made by him. Once the e-mail is done, two weeks pass but no reply. Phone, he says he can't find the email, I'll send it back. Another two weeks go by and nothing. A lady answers the phone and tells me she was in a meeting and will leave it alone. More time, nothing. I call again, another two weeks; a lady answers me who tells me that she was resting but she let him say it. I think my experience regarding the professionalism of certain people can be summed up in these lines. We do not comment !!! In all, almost two months have passed since the beginning .... without an excerpt of reply. I put a star (I wanted to put nothing) because otherwise you can not publish the post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tre stelle perché il personale è gentile ed educato, ma un negozio così grande che tratta solo due marche di scaldabagni a gas non è proprio il massimo e anche i modelli da scegliere sono pochissimi. Oltretutto li tratta solo da catalogo, quindi mi aspettavo una scelta più ampia di marche e modelli.
Peccato, da un negozio così grande e specializzato mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
I give three stars because the staff are nice and polite, but such a large store that only deals with two brands of gas water heaters is not exactly the best and also the models to choose are very few. Moreover, it only treats them from the catalog, so I expected a wider choice of brands and models.
Too bad, from such a large and specialized shop I was expecting something more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati per curiosità in questo negozio un po' isolato allo scopo di farci un'idea sui rivestimenti per il nostro appartamento da ristrutturare, e siccome abbiamo gradito molto la mancanza di affollamento e soprattutto i criteri che hanno usato nell'esposizione (che invece in altri negozi era molto caotica), abbiamo deciso di prendere appuntamento e di comprare tutto qui. Il consulente che ci è capitato, il signor Claudio Scognamiglio, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha seguito per ore nella scelta di ogni materiale, senza mostrare fretta né tantomeno fastidio per i nostri ripensamenti, facendoci lui tutti i calcoli sulle quantità e dandoci consigli utilissimi anche a livello di colori e di tendenze del momento. Ci ha risparmiato un bel po' di giri e non abbiamo perso ulteriore tempo nell'ordinare. E devo aggiungere che anche i ragazzi della parte termoidraulica del negozio sono sempre stati molto gentili e chiari, un grazie particolare a Federico. Infine, considerando la piena pandemia, i ritardi dei fornitori sono stati abbastanza contenuti, e ovviamente la cosa non dipendeva dal negozio, che, ripeto, consiglio assolutamente.
Out of curiosity, we went to this somewhat isolated shop in order to get an idea of the coverings for our apartment to be renovated, and since we really appreciated the lack of crowding and above all the criteria they used in the exhibition (which instead in other shops it was very chaotic), we decided to make an appointment and buy everything here. The consultant that happened to us, Mr. Claudio Scognamiglio, was very kind and followed us for hours in the choice of each material, without showing any hurry or bother with our second thoughts, making us all the calculations on the quantities and giving us very useful advice too. in terms of colors and trends of the moment. It saved us a lot of laps and we didn't waste any more time ordering. And I must add that even the guys in the thermo-hydraulic part of the shop have always been very kind and clear, a special thanks to Federico. Finally, considering the full pandemic, the delays of the suppliers were quite limited, and obviously this was not up to the shop, which, I repeat, I absolutely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'estesa esposizione e il vastissimo assortimento di diversi marchi consentono un'ampia scelta così da poter accontentare ogni gusto. Ho deciso quindi di affidarmi all'azienda per la ristrutturazione di un bagno. Dopo due mesi dall'ordine ancora non avevo ricevuto tutto il materiale, ma per fortuna non avevo particolare fretta. Dal punto di vista della comunicazione al cliente molte lacune e per ciò che riguarda la parte contabile un'incredibile farraginosità e un'inspiegabile richiesta di informazioni da me già fornite più volte, che mi ha fatto pensare che i diversi uffici non comunicano tra di loro. Risultato: errori nella consegna che hanno fatto prolungare ancora di più i tempi. Lo consiglierei per la vasta scelta, ma non per la gestione successiva.

From the point of view of communication to the customer, many gaps and for what concerns the accounting part an incredible cumbersome and an inexplicable request for information already provided by me several times, which made me think that the different offices do not communicate with each other . Result: errors in delivery that have made the times even longer. I would recommend it for the wide choice, but not for the later management.

Entrati (mattina presto giorno feriale) ci hanno rimbalzato da una persona all'altra (tutti liberi) senza che nessuno ci seguisse nella scelta dei materiali di cui necessitavamo. Dopo aver atteso invano siamo andati via dicendo "grazie del supporto" e il ragazzo all'entrata invece di chiedere il perchè andassimo via, ha anche ironizzato dicendo " grazie a voi e arrivederci". Pazzesco ! Se fossi il titolare prenderei provvedimenti ma probabilmente non erano presenti.
Bad service and bad staff. When we entered (early morning on a weekday) they bounced us from one person to another (all free) without anyone following us in choosing the materials we needed. After waiting in vain we went away saying "thank you for the support" and the boy at the entrance instead of asking why we were leaving, even made fun of saying "thank you and goodbye". Crazy! If I were the owner I would take action but they probably weren't present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercando un pavimento particolare per la nuova casa che stiamo ristrutturando, ci siamo imbattuti e scoperto un negozio perfetto a misura di uomo con personale competente e cortese, molto fornito, con materiali di ottima qualità per tutti i gusti e possibilità. Noi ci siamo affidati al Sig. Claudio ottimo professionista che inizialmente da un pavimento è riuscito a consigliarci la fornitura di ns.gradimento per il resto dell'appartamento. In un mondo dove andiamo tutti di corsa e in modo frenetico siamo riusciti a soddisfare le ns.esigenze.

Looking for a particular floor for the new house we are renovating, we came across and discovered a perfect shop on a human scale with competent and courteous staff, well supplied, with high quality materials for all tastes and possibilities. We entrusted ourselves to Mr. Claudio, an excellent professional who initially managed to advise us on the supply of our approval for the rest of the apartment from a floor. In a world where we are all rushing and in a frenetic way, we have been able to satisfy our needs.
