★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il punto vendita sarebbe anche buono x la vasta gamma di merce che dispone, se non dovresti stare 1 ora in attesa davanti al bancone x essere servito da un commesso neanche tanto disponibile...., prezzi abbastanza alti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato un tecnico per la ricarica del gas un vecchio condizionatore Riello, specificando al telefono che aveva almeno 15 anni, la ragazza del punto assistenza di Casal Brunori, dopo aver spiegato che essendo vecchio sarebbe costato intorno ai 100€ ha fissato l’appuntamento per oggi alle 15:30 ma il ragazzo (Alessandro, figlio del proprietario) si è presentato alle 17:30 ma quello non sarebbe stato un problema. Ha aperto il condizionatore, staccato i filtri, che secondo lui potevano essere buttati perché non servivano, fatto la sanificazione (non si capisce perché visto che doveva ricaricarlo e non sanificarlo) e quando poi è andato ad accenderlo ha detto che era rotto, quando funzionava fino a 10 minuti prima del suo arrivo. Alla nostra richiesta di riaprirlo è stato maleducato innanzitutto ed è scappato nel vero senso della parola dicendoci che potevamo vederci in tribunale perché secondo lui l’avevamo chiamato per accollargli un danno. Trovo molto professionale anche che non abbia provato ad accenderlo prima....credo semplicemente che abbia sbagliato lavoro, essere il figlio del proprietario non significa saper fare un lavoro e lui mi sembra chiaro che non sia minimamente in grado di farlo e di stare a contatto col pubblico. Inoltre volevo dire al ragazzo che bastava aspettare che si asciugasse il sensore che aveva bagnato con la bomboletta e il condizionatore è ripartito e la santificazione non serviva a niente....andava ricaricato il gas semplicemente

il personale è cortese e attento ad esaudire ogni richiesta e tutti i clienti che ho portato sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti.
lo consiglio. dispongono di un ampio parcheggio ed è facilmente raggiungibile a 2 minuti dall'uscita del raccordo.
