L'accoglienza è stata molto discreta e per nulla invadente, il venditore Gianluca mi ha mostrato subito l'auto di mio interesse, abbiamo considerato tutte le ipotesi mettendo in chiaro i costi e gli sconti e, nel giro di poche settimane, ho ritirato la mia auto nuova. Nell'acquisto mi ha seguito costantemente per tutte le pratiche e per i dubbi, al ritiro dell'auto mi ha affidata a Marco per le ultimissime pratiche e il funzionamento dell'auto. In generale, l'ambiente è molto tranquillo, ho sempre trovato disponibilità e precisione e sarà un piacere andare a trovarli per i tagliandi. Dalla Nissan in via appia mi avevano indirizzato a loro poiché ero in cerca di una Nissan juke 2019 usato diesel, N-Connecta. Appena sono arrivata mi ha accolto il signor Giulio (venditore) che mi ha seguito durante tutta la compravendita. Ci tengo a precisare che non conoscevo nessuno, ma nonostante ciò mi hanno trattato benissimo, ho eseguito la permuta della mia 500 e successivamente ho acquistato il tutto ad un prezzo ancora più scontato. Mi hanno fatto avere un anno in più di garanzia ( anziché 2022 mi hanno prolungato al 2023). Il tutto avvenuto in pochi giorni, nonostante ci fosse di mezzo il weekend lungo del 1 novembre. Al momento del ritiro della macchina mi hanno lasciato all'interno tutto il kit con cavi per batteria, guanti, triangolo. Macchina perfetta e pulitissima. Tutti molto gentili e presenti. From Nissan in via appia they had referred me to them as I was looking for a used Nissan juke 2019 diesel, N-Connecta. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Giulio (seller) who followed me throughout the sale. I want to clarify that I did not know anyone, but despite this they treated me very well, I exchanged my 500 and then I bought everything at an even more discounted price. They gave me an extra year of warranty (instead of 2022 they extended me to 2023). All this happened in a few days, despite the long weekend of November 1st involved. When I picked up the car they left me inside the whole kit with cables for the battery, gloves, triangle. Perfect and spotless machine. All very kind and present. A sincere thanks. Possessore di una Nissan Qashqai presa nuova per fortuna non da voi, estendo la garanzia con formula exstesa acquisto un pacchetto di 2 tagliandi da voi, dopo il secondo tagliando mi si accende qualche ora dopo la spia motore, vi contatto per capire come risolvere e prima di tutto evidenziate che non è colpa vostra se la spia si è accesa dopo il tagliando (da rivedere ma vi do comunque ragione,ci mancherebbe) mi viene fissato una appuntamento qualche giorno dopo, lascio la macchina e quando giustamente richiedo un auto di cortesia o qualcosa che non mi faccia attraversare la pontina a piedi (cosa non carina visto tutti i soldini che subito richiedete) mi viene risposto "e da me che vuole, posso chiamarle un taxi a spese sue o magari comprarle un biglietto per l'autobus" ...allucinante, un servizio clienti imbarazzante..forse adeguato se stessimo in una concessionaria della peggio città del Bangladesh. Sorvolo perché al contrario loro l'auto mi serve per motivi lavorativi...mi viene riconsegnata dicendo la spia è stata spenta il problema era la valvola EGR che ora è stata pulita la macchina va benissimo, ora mi ritrovo con la garanzia scaduta, l'auto con la medesima spia motore accesa in quanto il problema non era solamente la valvola EGR che tra l altro non hanno nemmeno mai pulito. Sono stato vittima della classica truffa italiana proprio per questo invito chiunque legga a stare alla larga da questa concessionaria...imbarazzanti The Italian scam. I fly over because on the contrary I need the car for work reasons ... it is returned to me saying the warning light has been turned off the problem was the EGR valve which has now been cleaned the car is fine, now I find myself with the warranty expired, the 'car with the same engine warning light on as the problem was not only the EGR valve which, among other things, they never even cleaned.
