Non ho potuto visionare l'articolo prima, in quanto sto su una sedia a rotelle e non sono sceso dalla vettura. Una volta a casa mi sono accorto dell'errore, li ho contattati e mi hanno voluto far passare per stupido dicendomi che per telefono mi ero spiegato male io e non mi avrebbero cambiato il prodotto vendutomi. I ordered a product by phone, I went to the office to collect it, they gave me another one and loaded it quickly into my car. I was unable to view the article earlier as I am in a wheelchair and did not get out of the car. Once at home I noticed the mistake, I contacted them and they wanted to pass me off as stupid, telling me that I had explained myself badly over the phone and they would not have changed the product sold to me.
