Abbiamo deciso di rivolgersi a loro in quanto vicini a dove abitiamo, ed e' stata la scelta peggiore di sempre. Oltre ad avere un personale alquanto pigro che decide di non svolgere il proprio lavoro e rilasciare un modello 730 dopo MESI di invio dei documenti, su nostro incentivo di rilascio del documento e dei tempi di attesa assurdi, immediatamente rilasciano il modello...senza nemmeno calcolare ogni transazione (come mutui) per bene, perdendo cosi' altri soldi. Magari e' solo uno sbaglio, puo' succedere...a nostra richiesta di un modello ISEE invece non hanno impostato i benefici per i figli studenti nonostante abbiamo esplicitamente richiesto cio'. Quando abbiamo scoperto il LORO sbaglio di non aver accettato tale voce (attraverso il rifiuto degli organi scolastici dei nostri figli di accettare tale modello ISEE), non e' stato possibile piu' modificarlo e percio' abbiamo deciso di fare qualche chilometro in piu' e passare ad un altro CAF. In sostanza, questo patronato non vale minimamente la pena visitare! Vi consiglio VIVAMENTE di visitare gli altri CAF di zona, anche al costo di camminare/aspettare/pagare di piu', perche' vale la pena!! WORST PATRONED CAF IN THE AREA, IF NOT IN ROME! We decided to turn to them as they are close to where we live, and it was the worst choice ever. In addition to having a rather lazy staff who decide not to do their job and release a 730 model after MONTHS of sending the documents, on our incentive to release the document and absurd waiting times, they immediately release the model ... without even calculate each transaction (such as mortgages) for good, thus losing more money. Maybe it's just a mistake, it can happen ... at our request for an ISEE model, on the other hand, they did not set the benefits for the student children despite having explicitly requested this. When we discovered THEIR mistake of not having accepted this voice (through the refusal of our children's educational bodies to accept this ISEE model), it was no longer possible to modify it and therefore we decided to do a few more kilometers and move to another CAF. Basically, this patronage is not worth a visit in the slightest! I HIGHLY recommend you to visit the other CAFs in the area, even at the cost of walking / waiting / paying more, because it's worth it !!
