Assolutamente consigliato. Historic trattoria, familiar and homemade atmosphere, traditional and always impeccable cuisine. Absolutely to taste the artichokes alla giudia. Absolutely recommended.

Piatti abbondanti della tradizione cucinati splendidamente! Buona scelta di vini. Great meat, truly spectacular! Beautiful, classic environment with large rooms and outdoor spaces. Forse serve un po' più di attenzione nella preparazione delle ricette. Non ho trovato la "romanità" nei piatti tipici. Chaotic and personal environment not up to the reputation of the place. Raw materials of sure value, but, in my opinion, little valued. Maybe you need a little more attention in preparing the recipes. I did not find the "Roman" in the typical dishes.
N	Nico Capo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più!! Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante in quanto ha buone recensioni e ci è stato consigliato. In questo momento l’unica domanda che mi viene in mente è “ma le persona a casa propria cosa mangiano?” Mi vengono in mente tanti aggettivi per descrivere questo ristorante ma nemmeno uno è un complimento. Primo del giorno: Spaghetti alle vongole e lupini, appena arrivano ci viene detto che i lupini non c’erano e sorvoliamo.Gli spaghetti erano CRUDI, e, di vongole sapevano ben poco..Piuttosto sul menu avrei scritto “spaghetti aglio e abbondante olio”. Fiori di zucca e alici fritte mangiabili ma dal cameriere ci vengono descritte come “baccalà fritto”.. Frittura di paranza: calamari molto buoni, gamberi che facevano veramente pietà. Difatti sono stati lasciati nel piatto. Dolce: ordiniamo una millefoglie ma non era disponibile quindi ripieghiamo su una sbriciolata. Cioccolato orribile e non c’era una parte croccante, quindi sostanzialmente era crema e sopra cioccolato. Caffè: mai bevuto un caffè così disgustoso. Sostanzialmente non ci tornerò mai più, spero che qualcuno si salverà leggendo la mia recensione! Quasi dimenticavo, sullo scontrino ci è stato addebitato il pane, che non abbiamo mangiato nè ordinato, al costo di 2€ a persona. Never again!! We went to this restaurant as it has good reviews and was recommended to us. Right now the only question that comes to mind is "but what do people eat at home?" I can think of many adjectives to describe this restaurant but not one is a compliment. First of the day: Spaghetti with clams and lupins, as soon as they arrive we are told that the lupins were not there and we fly over. The spaghetti were RAW, and they knew very little about clams .. Rather on the menu I would have written "spaghetti with garlic and plenty of oil ". Zucchini flowers and fried anchovies that can be eaten but are described by the waiter as "fried cod" .. Fried fish: very good squid, shrimp that really made you pity. In fact, they were left on the plate. Dessert: we order a millefeuille but it was not available so we fold on a crumbled one. Horrible chocolate and there was no crunchy part, so basically it was cream and on top of chocolate. Coffee: never drunk such a disgusting coffee. Basically I will never go back, I hope someone will be saved by reading my review! I almost forgot, on the receipt we were charged for the bread, which we neither ate nor ordered, at a cost of € 2 per person.

I vini disponibili piemontesi rispetto a quelli elencati nella lista dei vini costavano dai 50 Euro in poi. Alle 11 e 20 il proprietario ci ha detto se doveva consegnarci le chiavi del locale, battuta poco spiritosa per dirci che dovevano chiudere At dinner nights ago 3 people. Locale molto spazioso e pulito ed il personale e’ molto educato e disponibile..Ottimo il carciofo alla giudia.. Very good restaurant in the Capannelle area where you can eat excellent Roman cuisine .. Very spacious and clean and the staff is very polite and helpful .. Excellent artichoke alla giudia ..
