★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wynająłem auto za pośrednictwem strony Ryanair w firmie Joyrent. Okazuje się że jest to firma która oszukuje i naciąga ludzi na jakieś dziwne koszta. Zbyt dużo żeby to teraz opisywać ale z całą odpowiedzialnością nie polecam tej firmy. Koszty jakimi mnie obciążono z niewiadomych przyczyn przeszły moje oczekiwania. Po mojej interwencji przez stronę ryanair dostałem odpowiedź końcową że firma ryanair nic nie może z tym zrobić. Od firmy joyrent do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałem żadnej informacji o kosztach. Złodziejstwo w biały dzień. Uczulam wszystkich przed wypożyczaniem u nich samochodu. Jeżeli chcecie państwo wynająć samochód to lepiej zrobić to na własną rękę a nie podpierać się stroną ryanair która to oferuje tą wypożyczalnię. Dla zainteresowanych opiszę całą sytuację że szczegółami
I rented a car via the Ryanair website at Joyrent. It turns out that this is a company that cheats and pulls people at some strange costs. Too much to describe now, but I do not recommend this company with all responsibility. The costs charged to me for unknown reasons have exceeded my expectations. After my intervention by ryanair, I got the final answer that ryanair can't do anything about it. I have not received any cost information from joyrent today. Thief in broad daylight. When i reached the office after a long time, being lost in the airport and needing to call the office, had to pay extra 60€ to pick up the car earlier but in the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand their business model is to steal their customers money. Short term income vs customer retention and service. They charged me extra almost 50% from initial price for the services I haven’t asked and that were not needed for me. Despite I read all terms and conditions very carefully I was still robbed. And the ridiculous thing that these extra charges were not written in my voucher and contract. I would hire a lawyer to solve this issue. Pathetic customer service - not recommended at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a fine in Firenze and the police department sent it to Joyrent so they charged me 61EUR for "handling" fine but the only thing they did was forwarding the message to me. I told Joyrent Staff to charge my credit card in order for them to pay the fine on my own but they did not answer. Basically the charged me for "handling" a fine but they didn't. Now I am at the other side of the world, with a fine I do lot know how to pay in a language I can't understand and with 61EUR less on my pocket. Bad customer attention!
