Würde sogar 0 Punkte geben. Unfreundlich, Nur ein dreckiges Fahrzeug Fiat Doblo erhalten statt gebuchten Alfa (das sei sein einziges Fahrzeug) und trotz Vorabbuchung mit allen Versicherungen wurden uns eine 4x so hohe Summe abgebucht von der Kreditkarte! Das nenne ich Betrufsmasche
Would even give 0 points. Unfriendly, only received a dirty Fiat Doblo vehicle instead of booked Alfa (that was his only vehicle) and despite pre-booking with all insurance companies, we were charged 4x as much from our credit card! I call this a scam

El peor alquiler de la historia. Había contratado con Rentalcars un alquiler de 4 días para dejar en la estación de Palermo, habiendo pagado por todo excepto 15€ de destino diferente a recogida, así como un depósito a devolver cuando concluya el contrato (lo normal). A la llegada, nos atendió un chico bastante maleducado que no sabía una palabra de inglés pero que tampoco se esforzaba mucho por hacerse entender. Al enseñar el contrato de Rentalcars me dijo que todo bien, que firmara un documento de depósito por valor de 214€ que me sería devuelto al devolver el coche, de los cuales se descontarían solamente los 15€ mas la gasolina, en caso de no devolverlo lleno. Pues al finalizar el alquiler todo perfecto cuando lo dejamos en la estación de Notarbartolo, y a las 2 semanas veo que me cargan el importe completo, ni siquiera la gasolina me devolvieron (cuando lo había devuelto completamente lleno). Llamo a atención al cliente (muy serviciales, solamente servicio telefónico de 9 a 13, y suerte que respondan), y que no hay devolución, porque el depósito me lo cobran dado que acepté los servicios. Insistiendo por mail y por teléfono llegan incluso a decir que lea mejor lo que firmo, y que lo contratado con RENTALCARS no tiene nada que ver con lo suyo, que les daba igual lo que hubiera pagado. Releí ambos contratos, y la cobertura de RENTALCARS ya incluía lo que me habían cobrado en Maggiore, con lo cual me estaban cargando por duplicado. Lo gracioso es que hasta se equivocaron a la hora de realizar la suma de los 214€, ya que la suma de los conceptos era en realidad de 206€, dejan entrever la intención de engañar. Asimismo contacté con 2 agentes, SOFIA TAGLIENTE y ADRIANO CORTINOVIS, la primera fue la que me hizo el feo de decir que leyera mejor lo que firmaba y que se desentendía de lo que hubiera contratado con RENTALCARS, y el segundo por teléfono llegó a decirme que aprendiera inglés. Una broma todo, vamos. Ah, y lo que me decía uno chocaba con lo que decía otro, porque mientras uno me dijo que me devolvían los 7€ de error de suma, el otro me decía que me devolvían lo de la gasolina (57€). Evidentemente, no he recibido devolución alguna. Yo sinceramente o cerraba la compañía o echaba al servicio de atención al cliente, porque es una risa en la cara del consumidor esta gente. Nunca, NUNCA, alquilar con esta gente. Estafadores.
The worst rental ever. I had contracted with Rentalcars a 4-day rental to leave at the Palermo station, having paid for everything except € 15 for a destination other than pick-up, as well as a deposit to be returned when the contract ends (normal). Upon arrival, we were met by a rather rude guy who did not know a word of English but did not try too hard to make himself understood. When showing the Rentalcars contract, he told me that all is well, that I would sign a deposit document worth € 214 that would be returned to me when returning the car, of which only € 15 plus gasoline would be deducted, in case of not returning it full. Well, at the end of the rental, everything was perfect when we left it at the Notarbartolo station, and after 2 weeks I see that they charge me the full amount, not even the gasoline was returned to me (when I had returned it completely full). I call customer service (very helpful, only phone service from 9 to 13, and luckily they respond), and that there is no refund, because they charge me the deposit since I accepted the services. Insisting by mail and by phone they even go so far as to say that I read better what I sign, and that what was contracted with RENTALCARS has nothing to do with theirs, that they did not care what they had paid. I reread both contracts, and the RENTALCARS coverage already included what they had charged me in Maggiore, with which they were charging me twice. The funny thing is that they were even wrong when making the sum of € 214, since the sum of the concepts was actually € 206, they suggest the intention to deceive. I also contacted 2 agents, SOFIA TAGLIENTE and ADRIANO CORTINOVIS, the first was the one that made me ugly to say that I read better what he signed and that he ignored what he had contracted with RENTALCARS, and the second by phone even told me that learn English. A joke all, come on. Oh, and what one said to me collided with what another said, because while one told me that they would refund the € 7 sum error, the other told me that they would give me back the gasoline (€ 57). Obviously, I have not received any refund. I honestly either closed the company or fired customer service, because these people are a laugh in the face of the consumer. A unrecognized debt was made in may account 5 months later a made a reservation in Milan. I never was in Rome. the Debt showed from maggiore Rome. Disappointed , I rented more than 500 times and this is the first time a debt was made without my knowledge and without a reason. The difficulty to reach the staff by email , made me write this complains here.

I was refused the rental by the Ciampino airport desk of Maggiore with the reason that my credit card did not have my full name. I have used the same credit card and have rented a car from the same company Maggiore from the Milan Malpensa airport in the past. Never received answer to my complaint. Stay away this company in Ciampino!!

Warning: If you are 1-hour late due to airplane delays, Maggiore will give away your rental car! After inspecting my contract and asking the woman where this is explained, she told me it was NOT in my contract but on their website... Save yourself a headache and book with ANY other car company. This one is a scam.
