It's not professional from your side not to answer. Please give me the information because we are ready to send a request to the Court to return our money back. Once again ask your bank to send the refund we may give you the credit cards detales We send you a lot of emails from but all of them were without answer!!!

They were the only one able and wishing to accommodate our after hour and different pick up/drop off request, and went extra mile for everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone!

We paid the extra insurance filled the car up before returning and still got an unexpected $250 charge on our credit card. Our total for 5 days was $1300 to rent a car plus the bogus $250 charge after returning home. When we got there to rent the car they kept trying to add things to our bill then we had to pay a extra $15 a day to add my wife to the rental because she booked it on her card . Make sure if you do book with them to use the card for the person who will be driving to avoid this. Last thing we booked the bmw “or similar” and got the vw which was fine but we paid for the upgrade and got a regular car. I’d say if you rent from them just expect to get haggled when you pick up the car and expect random charges after you drop it off.

We brought the car back to the location and were served by a friendly and smiley lady Alessandra. She listened to our problems patiently and did her best to make sure we are able to continue or road trips comfortably without having to worry about the conditions of the car. It is almost two weeks now we are running on the road happily and still grateful about Alessandra's help. She is another reasons that we will make sure we choose Sixt again in the future!
