Dopo le nostra lamentele ci è stata assegnata un'altra auto ,nuova è pulita.
Per il resto tutto bene
The car was not the one I booked, but above all it was really really dirty and in bad shape.
After our complaints we were given another car, new and clean.

We received our car in Bologna with the fuel almost empty although in the receit it said half full. The Autovia Guy said he would correct it down in the System afterwards and we should not worry about it. When we gave the car back at Ciamponia this correction has not been made and we needed to pay 15 Euros extra on top. ? So do yourself a favor and take a photo of the fuel display when you receive the car!
