★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a joke. You are told one price when you arrive and end up paying way beyond what you expected on your return. When you try to querry they pretend not to understand english. Check your tarrif and the price board before you leave your car there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are are cowboys! If you care about your car I wouldn't go to this parking.
My sis parked there last week. It costed her an absolute fortune and to make everything worse they remarkably scratched the steering wheel of the car. As it's an expensive steering wheel my sis asked for refund but they only offered her a ridiculously small amount of cash.
The manager was very rude and offensive. Needless to say, she didn't accept it but will make sure to park somewhere else next time she is in Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, very rude. When we pulled in, the gentleman demanded to know when we were to take the car out of the garage. We told him we wanted to check into our hotel first to determine what our plans were. He would not Park the car until we told him. So we established a take out the following morning. When we complained to C-hotels, they confirmed they are not associated with the garage and have their own guy to Park cars. The hotel also informed us that we are eligible for a discount with the garage.
When we pulled the car out 17 hours later, they charged us the full price for 24 hours (30€) and would not give us the discount because we did to notify them ahead of time of our hotel reservation (which we did).
Overpriced, rude, and not willing to stick with their pricing agreement with the hotel.

They display the tariffs on a board on the top of the cash desk on the exit side, so there's no way to see the cost per hour neither at the entrance neither while checking in. The owner is very impolite, I didn't call Guardia di Finanza just out of respect of the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be mentioned in advance that the car will be parked by the staff and the key will be retained if the car is moved inside the garage. The prices are justified for the central location and the monitoring of the car by the staff. Nevertheless, you should check the prices online in advance, as the staff only communicates prices upon request.
Upon pick-up, the car was ready after 1 minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central parking space very near the train station. Take into account you must leave the car keys with them and they park it for you. We stayed almost 6 hours and we payed 20 euros. The total day is 35 euros. The rated depend on the type or car.
