★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, auto nuova, lasciata un giorno e al ritiro era segnata visibilmente in 3 punti. Le auto vengono accolte in un garage lungo e stretto per poi essere spostate in un altro luogo, già al primo impatto non mi è piaciuto nemmeno il modo poco garbato del personale, al ritiro ho avuto l'amara sorpresa.
Fatto presente i danni arrecati dapprima il ragazzo ha cercato di evitare il discorso continuando a fare altro, poi ha negato dicendo che la macchina poteva essere già segnata, infine ha detto che avrebbe fatto controllare da un tecnico le telecamere di sorveglianza per vedere chi l'aveva segnata.
Dopo avermi fatto scrivere su un foglio volante i miei dati per eventualmente contattarmi mi ha liquidata alquanto scocciato.
So che mai riceverò nessuna telefonata, che il mio foglietto sarà stato immediatamente cestinato e che mi dovrò pagare i danni dovuti all'incompetenza di queste persone, che rabbia! Zero stelle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best parking places in time and we did not need to worry about getting a fine or finding a parking lot outside of the ZTL. This garage is inside the ZTL and they charged me €1 on top of the parking fees. Best to reserve your spot online as sometimes it can be full.
The service was good, when we arrived late after our arranged timing, they still moved the other cars out before allowing our car to be shifted out. There is also multi access so you can drive your car out once a day (if parking for more than one day) without additional charges. Really love the convenient location to the historic town and the Duomo.
