K	Kit Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super efficient and quite reasonable. This is way better than trying to park in the streets, especially if you don't read Italian. They also stay open til real late.
K	Karl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!! They damaged my car !!! Plus bad service, had to wait 2 hrs to get the car back with way more miles on it than for normal parking. BE CARFULL ! No insurance in their terms & conditions. I had to call the police as they were not offering any compensation or insurance contact. Worst parking I ever experinced and on top the most expensive.

When I collected the car, the glasses were gone. FirParking refuse to help referring to their Terms and Conditions. They conveniently forget that they promise total safety on the booking site.

My very heavy suitcase had recently broken, and so rather than navigating the crowded Florence streets with the heavy suitcase, I just left it in the trunk of the car after taking what I needed. Unfortunately, that meant that every time I needed something I had forgotten, I had to return to the garage and make them fetch the car for me. They were so kind and gracious about it. And every time I was leaving for a day trip, they had the car promptly ready for me. I highly recommend this garage!

We booked this garage for 40 euro for 1 night on our road trip in Italy, because we heard we can get a fine for entering Florence. They warned us to save receipts for 2 years if we will receive a ticket, and I did. Recently I got a fine for 72 euro and submitted all information with garage. They emailed they are not able to help because I entered garage 3 hours after passing the Florence gate. And they will not submit information to police. So I ended up paying 40 euro for garage (on a receipt it shows 1 euro btw) plus 72 euro ticket because they stopped replying! I haven't heard from them for a week. Don't use this garage, because they won't help you if you'll get a ticket ( and you probably will) for entering Florence on rent a car. Again, they stopped replying 2 weeks ago, and we wrote couple of emails asking for help, now they said after writing this review that they won’t be making any move to submit info to the police. But they could at least try. They DID NOT say anything about the timeline entering to the garage before and no one warned us. Even didn’t reply when I requested this information and where I can find it in garage rules. It’s simply to make money from tourists, I’m pretty sure all those parking structures are connected to police to write fines to those tourists who actually PAID 40 euros to stay in the garage overnight when entering Florence to ensure they are not doing anything wrong, and got a huge ticket for nothing! HORRIBLE customer service and MANAGEMENT
