Once you arrive you will be told that you have driven through the restricted area of Florence historic district which is only allowed for inhabitants or their visitors. You can become a visitor to the parking garage for 55 EUR per day, to not get fined by the authorities. Not only that it was the worst parking garage I've ever seen (you need to leave the car keys since they need to move around cars for new 'victims'), but also the most expensive one - even for Florence.

The price I paid was those agreed, I had no surprise, the staff was very professional and they are really good at parking cars. I have read many negative reviews on the price but I believe that the service offered is proportional to the cost and above all to the place (it is 30 meters from the Ponte Vecchio). If I had found the excessive cost, before making a negative review, I would not have parked. Parking is always full and entitles you to transit through the ZTL because they send your license plate to the police and you don't have to pay a very expensive fine. I want to recommend this parking, it offers great service.

We parked here for 3 days everyday different price. Best to go down the road & park cheaper . Hope they can be honest for the next Customer. It’s vacation & anything goes. Not my first time in Italy. Just be open minded they don’t like American that much.... just enjoy time while you are here....my kids are having a good time! Best of luck!

As soon as someone is making a statement about the price being too high, the owner is replying by taking legal actions against the comment??? Never seen that before...very disturbing

Since we had not gotten a ticket when checking in, we had all kind of discussions when checking out. We offered them to pay for a 24 hour ticket but got furthermore into some unfriendly discussions, to what category our car belongs. They tried to rate our Toyota Prius as being comparable to a bigger Mercedes/BMW model. It took some time and some clear words, getting out of this place. At the end, we payed € 50. Never ever.
