★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è centralissimo, pulito,curato nei minimi dettagli e fedele alle foto presenti nel sito. Le camere sono luminose e moderne , dotate di tutti i confort ( aria condizionata, cassaforte, cuscini supplementari ). È presente lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, micoonde). Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono supermercato ben fornito, Bar e ristoranti di livello. Consigliato a TUTTI I!!!!!!!
The apartment is very central, clean, with attention to detail and faithful to the photos on the site. The rooms are bright and modern, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, safe, extra pillows). There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and a microwave oven. In the immediate vicinity there are well-stocked supermarket, bars and level restaurants. Recommended to ALL !!!!!!!

Sie können wirklich von dieses Hotel alles zu Fuß erreichen.Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten in der Gebäude gleich nebenan für 50€ pro Tag. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet mit allem Komfort (Klimaanlage, Tolle Küche mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle.)Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen von ein netter Herr die uns eine Karte mit wichtigste Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz gezeigt hat. Gleich links von der Gebäude gibt es ein super sortierte Supermarkt und mehrere Frühstück Café‘s. Wir haben dieses Hotel direkt auf der Hotel Seite gebucht unkompliziert und tolle Preis! Wir als 4 Personen Familie empfehlen dieses Hotel!Grazie?
Very nice, clean and family-friendly hotel with a great location! You can really walk to everything from this hotel. The apartment is centrally located with parking in the building next door for € 50 per day. The rooms are modernly equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, great kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.) We would be welcomed very kindly by a nice gentleman who showed us a map with the most important sights of Florence. Immediately to the left of the building there is a well-stocked supermarket and several breakfast cafés. We booked this hotel directly on the hotel page, uncomplicated and great price! We as a family of 4 recommend this hotel! Grazie?

L'appartement est grand, lumineux et le style est très épuré et jolie.
Nicollò a été très flexible sur notre arrivée et Valentina par e-mail a répondu à toutes mes questions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price not so great. The kitchen was very basic and not really acceptable to cook in. Small bar fridge for 4 adults doing self catering holiday. A few items not in the flat but we made do. The flat is actually a 3 bed however they lock off one aide if you only 4 guests. Only two toilet rolls given for a week booking so you have to buy more. The check in lady didn't give any map.or advise on the area seemed she was in a rush to leave. Did not advise on bin separation items for recycling as our other apartments had done. Or where to put the dirt so we sat with full.bins the whole week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, the apartment is nicely furnished, spacious, and supplied with everthing we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean when we arrived, and the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had the deluxe 4 apartment which has a small balcony that is great for gazing down the streets of Florence and its people , whether over breakfast or a late night glass of wine. My friends and I were talking about it and realised there was *nothing* we could complain about in the apartment. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a high quality, central apartment at a very reasonable price.
